I'm certainly not condoning it, it was beyond stupid for sure but wasn't the INSD promotion only like $250K or something like that...?? Hardly 'world record' setting......I'd say that title goes to good ole LEXG back in 2011, biggest promo I ever followed, that was just nuts, everyone who traded stocks back them remembers that one....it had a budget of $3.3M and was run by an outfit called the Stock Market Authority.

That was probably the biggest pump and dump in OTC history, had some $100M dollar trading days if I recall correctly.
