yeah. a friend watched. sounds like pretrial starts october 28th he said. only lasted about 15 minutes today.

considering that some of what they have charged grant with is the fact that he overinflated the true state of the current state operations. and since then, instadose had shipments seized due to fraud, ran an illegal pump and dump before deal even closed, hired contract growers who failed to grow quality medicinal flower, as well as failing to file financial disclosure, i really dont see how he doesnt end up in jail.

they ran a stock to a 3 billion dollar pump, and then dump to effectively zero. hopefully they also charge the other officers and management that helped grant in this.
