shipment that didnt meet EU specifications
and you are right they need make some serious money
hopefully they correct and do some quality control
and ensure some future bankable shipments

I would have guessed private earlier in the year, and pay some dividends to long suffering shareholders.

Then I saw that first quarter filing. That whopping $5K in the bank isn't going to go too far on dividend payments.

If there is anything real to their business, anything at all, they must get it going and make some money at it. Getting a fat bank account to sit on will help them immensely.

Honestly, I don't anticipate a 211 being filed either, I think Instadose is WAY too much of a liability risk for a market maker to even take a chance on.

Something like PTZH does not pose the risk that INSD does IMO, it has a 1M float with only 155K shares held at DTC, this is not your typical penny stock p&d type of share structure, therefore is not a huge risk to investors or a MM. Nor do they have all the other problems INSD has ,class action lawsuits, Grants legal issues, etc, etc.

I'd love to see Instadose prove me wrong and succeed, A) for the shareholders who have truly been through fresh hell here to say the least and B) because those I did talk to at the company, were just genuinely cool people......I don't know how many times I've contacted OTC companies and the IR folks or the company officers were total pricks....Instadose was always very nice and professional with me. I think there are some good, hard working people at Instadose that deserved better then what has happened. JMHO.

Yet a Form 211 doesnt get removed over a CE tier change and there are companies with CE that have a Form 211. So that logic is flawed, in this specific case it was an SEC SUSPENSION that resulted in a CE being placed onto the security by OTC Markets immediately, the loss of the Form 211 did not occur until after 10 trading days. So ten days after the CE was issued then the Form 211 was pulled, so they are SEPARATE actions. The OTC Markets explains this clearly that they are exclusive of each other:

When Does Caveat Emptor Get Removed?

OTC Markets Group may review a Caveat Emptor designation upon request by the company and may determine, in its sole discretion, to remove the designation. The Caveat Emptor designation is typically not removed within the first 30 days of designation. To be eligible for a review, a company must meet the qualifications for Pink Current Information, have a verified the information on its company profile on www.otcmarkets.com, and demonstrate to OTC Markets Group that there is no longer a public interest concern. OTC Markets Group requires Caveat Emptor securities that are not eligible for proprietary broker quotations (Unsolicited Only) to have a Form 211 cleared by FINRA in order to be eligible for a review (e.g. securities previously halted or trade suspended by a regulatory authority).

There is a reason for this, as OTC markets can on their own issue a CE at anytime without a regulatory action. A promotion on a stock is often the cause and a CE is applied, but it has no effect on the Form 211 or quotation. Now there are brokerages that may refuse to allow the purchase of CE Securities, but nothing to do with a Form 211 in that case, just a specific policy for that brokerage.

For this security the CE is in place because of the suspension as it is clearly defined as a reason for a CE to be applied, not the loss of a Form 211. The Suspension is the cause of the loss of the Form 211.

There are securities with no Form 211 and are not CE, they are unsolicited quote securities and those all ended up on the "Expert Market" recently.

A recap, a CE can be applied at anytime OTC markets deems so, even if there is an active Form 211 present as it has nothing to do with their CE designation policy. You can get a new Form 211 approved and yet OTC Markets can still apply the CE as per their own disclosure.

Show me a 15c-211 that was approved by finra where the otc maintains a caveat emptor designation after the finra approval.

I can can think of one right now, PTZH, OTC Markets is being stubborn to remove the CE there.......the timeline after suspension has been like this:

April 2021- Suspended due to 'potentially manipulative transactions in the Company’s Common Stock'

August 2021- The SEC confirmed to the Company’s counsel that it had concluded its investigation of the Company pursuant to the Order, and that the SEC did not intend to recommend any enforcement action.

September 2021- Company and its counsel begin working with a market maker to file a Form 211( Glendale Securities)

Sept/Oct 2021- Company had a Market Maker file a Form 211 on the Company’s behalf so that the Company’s Common Stock may resume its quotation via the OTC Pink Tier.

December 2021- The new Form 211 was cleared by FINRA

April 20, 2022- Resumed normal quotation

May 20, 2022- CE still not removed

Wrong, it doesnt matter a 12J proceeding can occur anytime after the suspension, I recommend researching the post activity after a 12k suspension.

The filings are worthless, read the suspension letter, as it is the very reason it led to the SUSPENSION:

(1) significant increases in the stock price and share volume unsupported by the company’s assets and financial information;

The OTC Markets simply issues a warning to investors due to the regulatory actions that have occurred. As they know further actions can occur.

The caveat is there because there is no 15c-211 filed/approved with finra. The sec knows the damage suspension and caveat does to companies and leave them at that 90% of the time. Hahaha so much confusion. What sec case there is no sec case. And as a matter of fact with regard to a civil suit against Terry Wilshire there is still no lead plaintiff and representation motion approved once that happens only then will a motion to approve a class action begin. With the backlog of criminal cases the judges have to deal with and stacked due to covid (and they take priority) a good guess would be 1 to 2 years for class action certification after representation is granted. But as I said motion for lead plaintiff and representation has not happened yet. Oh my and then a trial. Yeeears

IMO those who have the most to lose if this thing implodes. If this goes back to .0001 where it most likely belongs, it will make the SEC case stronger, and it will most certainly not bode well for grant with the Ontario Securities Commission. The bids look completely fake to me. Bid at 2 dollars, and next best bid is 0 or .0001.

Probably more of a self-proclaimed doctor....similar to Dr. Who......lol.

He's a good writer though, with an interesting story, even if I had not known anything about Grant or Instadose, I still would have enjoyed his book. Scary what can happen to a person in those types of countries. They can lock you up on some trump up charges and throw you in a dark hole, with no access to your lawyer or the outside World and there isn't much you can do about it. Paul was there quite a long time before he even got to call Grant in Canada.

Luckily for him it was a very high profile case, so he could not just disappear, also he had Grant. Grant had the financial resources many others would not have had. He paid for everything, all his bills, hired the best lawyers, his food, etc. You can't expect to live long eating the prison food in La Modelo, so someone has to bring food into the prison regularly for you.

Even after he was released, it did not go smoothly, the newspapers were saying they were going to re-arrest him, so he had to get out of the country ASAP. If I remember right, he was smuggled across the border into Costa Rica, by some guy he had hunted crocodiles with in another one of Grants companies when he exported crocodile hides....or something to that extent.

University Hasn't Heard Of Jailed Man

The claimed alma mater of Paul Wylie, the Burlington hemp grower who's been in a Nicaraguan jail cell for 18 days, has never heard of him.

Wylie's nephew Grant Sanders, president of Hemp Agro International, which has been charged with growing marijuana instead of hemp on a 57-hectare state-sanctioned farm, claimed Wylie earned a doctorate in horticulture from the University of Guelph.

But according to university records Wylie, 45, has never attended the University of Guelph, or received any degrees there, said spokesperson Lori Hunt.

Desmond Cobble, one of the five British Columbian investors wanted on drug charges along with Sanders, Wylie and Nicaraguan Oscar Danilo Blandon, said he had been told that Wylie had a Ph.D. and had been involved in the hemp industry for more than 20 years.

Wylie's sister-in-law, Linda Wylie, said she didn't think he had
attended university, and had only recently started working with hemp.

Canadian hemp growers contacted by The Star said they have never heard of Wylie.

Nicaraguan officials allege the Canadians grew 150 million kilograms of marijuana, calling it the largest such operation ever in Central America.

The Canadians are claiming they were growing nothing more than industrial hemp, a strain of Cannabis sativa which doesn't have the high levels of the mind-altering chemical THC found in marijuana.

Hemp Agro said they had contracts for their first hemp crop -- oil and fibre -- already lined up.

The Star requested evidence of verifiable contracts but Sanders refused to provide them, citing confidentiality concerns. Even under assurances of complete anonymity for the other companies involved, Sanders said he wasn't able to provide any documents.

At the preliminary hearing, Nicaraguan authorities said the plant they tested had 1.6 per cent THC -- far above the 0.3 per cent that would be allowed for hemp growers in Canada, but still well below a level that could be sold as a drug, said U.S. attorney Don Wirtshafter, who testified at the hearing.

The cultivation of hemp became legal in Canada in March 1998 after a 60-year ban. Hemp is not cultivated legaIly in the United States.

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, which doesn't recognize a difference between hemp and marijuana, may have pushed the Nicaraguans to take action, Wirtshafter said.

The involvement of Blandon, who financed Nicaraguan Contra rebels in the 1980s by importing cocaine into America, may have been another strike against the Canadians, he said.

He did a lot of damage for sure, it's possible he was not behind it, that Danilo himself went to the DEA, or that there was some bigger conspiracy involving the US government, who for whatever reason wanted to shut down their hemp production, however, Jorge's grudge just made more sense to me.

Certainly going into business with Danilo Blandón was a terrible idea though, equally as bad, if not worse than the INSD promo but they could have never even started Hemp Agro without Danilo, I don't think they had much of any choice.

Grant was not in the country at the time of the raid and Danilo likely got tipped off by his DEA handler, who needed him not to get caught and fled the country right before the shit hit the fan......that just left poor Paul holding the bag and he was really only the plant guy(horticulturist), it didn't sound like he had much to do with the business side.

I don't recall Alex being mentioned in Paul's book.....but the Wylie's and Grant are related, Grant is Paul's nephew.

Paul definitely suffered though, he was in La Modelo prison in Nicaragua, one of the worst and most dangerous prisons in the world. However, he knew what he was getting into, he had heard the stories about Danilo and that going into business with him was probably a bad idea but decided to proceed anyway, as he was instrumental in getting the business started, he had the knowledge and connections in government that they needed.

Interestingly enough, Danilo does not really come across as a bad guy in the book necessarily, if anything he was a big stickler to make sure everything was done legally and 100% by the book, when it came to starting the business. He was legitimately excited about the prospects of hemp and what is could have done for Nicaragua.

You never really know exactly what happened Nicaragua, the book does not tell you 100% for sure why it all went to hell..... but I think it was probably this guy Jorge Vega, Hemp Agro's first employee.

Grant fired him because he was lazy and stealing from their fuel account. Jorge felt jilted and that he was owed $600 in back pay, so rather than Grant just paying him off and having him go away.....the guy became absolutely hell bent on vengeance, he was relentless. He hired lawyers, went to all the government agencies with lies about the company, he forged documents, he went to the press with more lies, saying they were cocaine dealers and such, etc, etc....he was most liekly the one that went to the DEA, that caused the raid, that ultimately killed the company and sent Paul to prison.
