Sanders still not scheduled for OSC hearing
By reading about other cases in front of OSC, jail time is not excluded for Grantissimo...
https://www.capitalmarketstribunal.ca/en/hearing-schedule
yes i agree thanks!
i was thinking the same with the going private
the 5 k was disapointing as well as the failed
shipment that didnt meet EU specifications
and you are right they need make some serious money
hopefully they correct and do some quality control
and ensure some future bankable shipments
I would have guessed private earlier in the year, and pay some dividends to long suffering shareholders.
Then I saw that first quarter filing. That whopping $5K in the bank isn't going to go too far on dividend payments.
If there is anything real to their business, anything at all, they must get it going and make some money at it. Getting a fat bank account to sit on will help them immensely.
thanks Big bro
so what possible ways Instadose can go
now?
eventually go deliquent by the next filing again and then go silent and vanish , until the SEC does a sweep of delinquent tickers and issues a notification that it has been revoked.
but they filed a 10-Q late so it seems they want to stay in the pinks at least for the short while.
or go private?
or wait til all their legal issues are dealt with and then
try getting a 211 filed?
either way being a long time
Honestly, I don't anticipate a 211 being filed either, I think Instadose is WAY too much of a liability risk for a market maker to even take a chance on.
Something like PTZH does not pose the risk that INSD does IMO, it has a 1M float with only 155K shares held at DTC, this is not your typical penny stock p&d type of share structure, therefore is not a huge risk to investors or a MM. Nor do they have all the other problems INSD has ,class action lawsuits, Grants legal issues, etc, etc.
I'd love to see Instadose prove me wrong and succeed, A) for the shareholders who have truly been through fresh hell here to say the least and B) because those I did talk to at the company, were just genuinely cool people......I don't know how many times I've contacted OTC companies and the IR folks or the company officers were total pricks....Instadose was always very nice and professional with me. I think there are some good, hard working people at Instadose that deserved better then what has happened. JMHO.
where was your securities lawyer when you acquired 100 percent of shell in put in in relatives of a control person(grant). where was the securities lawyer when instadose issued completely made up lies in news releases. and where was your securities lawyer when instadose ran an illegal stock promotion which led to the suspension.
Now all of a sudden you are an expert on securities law. honestly cant make this up folks.
Oh no please elaborate these "checked" boxes....lol.. They are an SEC Filer and are in fact "Current Information" so by all means explain it away since no such case of a issuance of an approved new Form 211 and CE designation existed...lol.....
Ba ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Yet a Form 211 doesnt get removed over a CE tier change and there are companies with CE that have a Form 211. So that logic is flawed, in this specific case it was an SEC SUSPENSION that resulted in a CE being placed onto the security by OTC Markets immediately, the loss of the Form 211 did not occur until after 10 trading days. So ten days after the CE was issued then the Form 211 was pulled, so they are SEPARATE actions. The OTC Markets explains this clearly that they are exclusive of each other:
Ptzh still has some boxes to check that instadose has. circumstances between companies are not comparable. But granted not many. Personally I don't anticipate a 211 being filed I'm not waiting for any time soon
Wrong, it doesnt matter a 12J proceeding can occur anytime after the suspension, I recommend researching the post activity after a 12k suspension.
The filings are worthless, read the suspension letter, as it is the very reason it led to the SUSPENSION:
Wrong. The company has completed the reversemerger in every respect pink current all filings in. The sec does not have back door conversations with the otc. An approved 15c-211 with FINRA would clear the caveat. Those are the facts talk to securities council they deal directly with the sec.
WRONG! The CE is in place due to promotional activity along with regulatory actions:
The caveat is there because there is no 15c-211 filed/approved with finra. The sec knows the damage suspension and caveat does to companies and leave them at that 90% of the time. There is no formal case from the sec they haven't said a thing since the suspension they have 5 years to bring formal charges against Terry Wilshire and insd the shell nothing yet
of course there is an SEC case. otherwise why wouldnt the caveat emptor be removed. only a matter of time before grant is doing the perp walk IMO.
Hahaha so much confusion. What sec case there is no sec case. And as a matter of fact with regard to a civil suit against Terry Wilshire there is still no lead plaintiff and representation motion approved once that happens only then will a motion to approve a class action begin. With the backlog of criminal cases the judges have to deal with and stacked due to covid (and they take priority) a good guess would be 1 to 2 years for class action certification after representation is granted. But as I said motion for lead plaintiff and representation has not happened yet. Oh my and then a trial. Yeeears
IMO those who have the most to lose if this thing implodes. If this goes back to .0001 where it most likely belongs, it will make the SEC case stronger, and it will most certainly not bode well for grant with the Ontario Securities Commission. The bids look completely fake to me. Bid at 2 dollars, and next best bid is 0 or .0001.
Who in the world is buying?
I get why people are selling.
ahh yes i see thank you ..Loren is stretched very thin
that would make sense
he is one of the largest shareholders too
look at lorens linkeden page. says he currently has three jobs.
hard to do three jobs well. so by all appearances, looks like one was at the bottom of the pile.
yes good points
im just wondering their in house
legal counsel Loren Greenspoon what does
this guy do actually lol
shouldnt he be advising on preventing
legal risk throughout all this etc
yes all shareholders suffer as a result of doling out shares like candy. I was referring to danguards previous post though.
"yes true if thats the case
it will get messy for the shareholders
esp the Canadian shareholders"
Overall instadose has been literally the worst stewards of invested capital I have ever seen. They have done nothing to create sustainable shareholder value.
Why only Canadian?
Share dilution hurts everyone - no?
it gets worse and worse every day for canadian shareholders. no money to pay salaries, so all this payment in shares further dilutes them.
Well worth $5 bucks IMO. Starts when he and Grant get off the plane in Nicaragua, goes through the whole formation of Hemp Agro....it's demise.... and his incarceration, until he's finally freed and makes it out of the country.
thanks for the link
i think i will get a copy for myself id like to read it
The book is on Amazon - just over 5 bucks for the paperback.
I'll give it a go for that price.

Crocodile Grantee. this could be the best name yet. hahaha
yes true if thats the case
it will get messy for the shareholders
esp the Canadian shareholders
if this was all true. it would make sense that Alex wylie is related to Paul
as would he would be indebted to grant for saving paul
Probably more of a self-proclaimed doctor....similar to Dr. Who......lol.
He's a good writer though, with an interesting story, even if I had not known anything about Grant or Instadose, I still would have enjoyed his book. Scary what can happen to a person in those types of countries. They can lock you up on some trump up charges and throw you in a dark hole, with no access to your lawyer or the outside World and there isn't much you can do about it. Paul was there quite a long time before he even got to call Grant in Canada.
Luckily for him it was a very high profile case, so he could not just disappear, also he had Grant. Grant had the financial resources many others would not have had. He paid for everything, all his bills, hired the best lawyers, his food, etc. You can't expect to live long eating the prison food in La Modelo, so someone has to bring food into the prison regularly for you.
Even after he was released, it did not go smoothly, the newspapers were saying they were going to re-arrest him, so he had to get out of the country ASAP. If I remember right, he was smuggled across the border into Costa Rica, by some guy he had hunted crocodiles with in another one of Grants companies when he exported crocodile hides....or something to that extent.
They attempt to keep further lawsuits at bay
and many shareholders need to bail out, one way or the other.
IMO
wow thats quite the drama
thanks for sharing big brother
now the question is what does Instadose is going to do now
i m not sure why they bothered to file the 10--Q
unless they are still attempting to save it or turn it around
it seems to me that current instadose is almost an exact replica of hemp agro. Go into some obscure country(congo is the new nicaragua), claim to have the proper approvals, shit gets seized etc. People are arrested. Wylie before. Congo minister now. Unreal. Its the exact same scam.
The best part is wylie pretending to be a doctor, yet hasnt even attended university. too funny.
complete degenerates.
Holy shite!
19.5 + years before marijuana became legal in Canada.
You would have to think they were intending on bringing it back to the great whit north.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Sanders handled Hemp Agro International business side
http://www.rave.ca/en/news_info/181138/world/
He did a lot of damage for sure, it's possible he was not behind it, that Danilo himself went to the DEA, or that there was some bigger conspiracy involving the US government, who for whatever reason wanted to shut down their hemp production, however, Jorge's grudge just made more sense to me.
Certainly going into business with Danilo Blandón was a terrible idea though, equally as bad, if not worse than the INSD promo but they could have never even started Hemp Agro without Danilo, I don't think they had much of any choice.
Grant was not in the country at the time of the raid and Danilo likely got tipped off by his DEA handler, who needed him not to get caught and fled the country right before the shit hit the fan......that just left poor Paul holding the bag and he was really only the plant guy(horticulturist), it didn't sound like he had much to do with the business side.
End of day, everything boils down to trust.
Trust is something someone builds in time with successful accomplishments
Trust is mostly based on facts with a drop of emotion
the guy did a lot of damage for the decision to stiff the guy for 600 dollars. project goes to zero. investor losses etc. jail time
similar to the decision to promote a stock before deal closes. stupid ego based decision that was just unneccesary. i guess common sense isnt so common after all with grant and his crew.
I don't recall Alex being mentioned in Paul's book.....but the Wylie's and Grant are related, Grant is Paul's nephew.
Paul definitely suffered though, he was in La Modelo prison in Nicaragua, one of the worst and most dangerous prisons in the world. However, he knew what he was getting into, he had heard the stories about Danilo and that going into business with him was probably a bad idea but decided to proceed anyway, as he was instrumental in getting the business started, he had the knowledge and connections in government that they needed.
Interestingly enough, Danilo does not really come across as a bad guy in the book necessarily, if anything he was a big stickler to make sure everything was done legally and 100% by the book, when it came to starting the business. He was legitimately excited about the prospects of hemp and what is could have done for Nicaragua.
You never really know exactly what happened Nicaragua, the book does not tell you 100% for sure why it all went to hell..... but I think it was probably this guy Jorge Vega, Hemp Agro's first employee.
Grant fired him because he was lazy and stealing from their fuel account. Jorge felt jilted and that he was owed $600 in back pay, so rather than Grant just paying him off and having him go away.....the guy became absolutely hell bent on vengeance, he was relentless. He hired lawyers, went to all the government agencies with lies about the company, he forged documents, he went to the press with more lies, saying they were cocaine dealers and such, etc, etc....he was most liekly the one that went to the DEA, that caused the raid, that ultimately killed the company and sent Paul to prison.
interesting. I certainly wouldnt put it past them.
they still have to contend with the sec, and IMO multiple people will be facing fines along with jail time. It takes time though.
BTW. does anyone know if alex wylie is related to paul wylie who was arrested in nicaragua with grants last compnay. If so, knowing granty and doing business with him has led to nothing but regulatory nightmares for the wylie clan.
What if TMIG staged the non quality issue?
Why would the cannabis get on board an Ethiopian Air cargo jet, fly for 8 straight hours, to finally be rejected in Skopje ?
It could be said that the cannabis was destroyed bit nobody can verify this.
All the money would go in TMIG’s pockets, and all expenses in Instadose account...
Knowing Grant’s background (tobacco, Nicaragua, OSC) could this be a possibility???
We'll see how things go from now till the end of the year. You say nothing i say they stand up.
"the only thing instadose needed from that is establishing legal import of large shipments."
LOL. Ok. If thats the case, why did you put promotional language that you expect to make 3 million from the shipment. I called out the forward looking statements in the filings at the time, and once again I was right. Its all bullshit. failure after failure.
Did these end customers not see verified certificates of analysis from a reputale lab for this product. no proof of life videos. I mean come on. After all the grandstanding, and showing off etc. Where is the follow up twitter blasts and news releases stating it was a complete and utter failure.
the eonly thing you proved once again is that this isnt a cannabis company. its maybe a logistics compnay at best.
no wonder ed borkowski jumped ship.
Hiring of QC vice-president is expected
Such a function is a must in the pharma business
Current team proved how incompetent they are. Heads must roll.
Lol. We'll talk later this year. Ya highlands has its problems the only thing instadose needed from that is establishing legal import of large shipments. Highlands is bye bye. Its s good thing the company plans a year ahead. Lol 10Q cash on hand what does that matter art remember. Lol
10-Q : why would they bother to file a 10-Q so late
they could have just vanished went ghost
is what im wondering
yes this compnay is a complete joke. Failure after failure, combined with lies in news releases, illegal promo, and failed crops and shipments.
if south aftrica cant pull off a decent crop, with a facility that was built by canopy growth, in the tens of millions, how on earth are any of these other JV counties going to do it. Its never going to happen. ever. ever. ever.
especially with 5k in the bank.
Doesn’t look promising…I found this!
