The caveat is there because there is no 15c-211 filed/approved with finra. The sec knows the damage suspension and caveat does to companies and leave them at that 90% of the time. There is no formal case from the sec they haven't said a thing since the suspension they have 5 years to bring formal charges against Terry Wilshire and insd the shell nothing yet
