I think they have May 31 +60 days.

Thought it was weird that they aren't classified as delinquent yet on the OTC, so I went looking in the 10Q.

Found this nugget buried in there:
"In the opinion of Management, all adjustments considered necessary for a fair presentation, consisting solely of normal recurring adjustments, have been made. Operating results for the nine months ended February 28, 2022, are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the year ending May 31, 2022."

Looks like small investor might have been correct. YE has moved from 11/30 to 5/31

Yes your right. But the year end on the otc markets now says may 31 year end. Not sure if that means anything.

Their last 10K filing (annual report) was for fiscal year end Nov. 30, 2021.

Their Q1 end would have been Feb 28, 2022. They were late with that 10Q.

Their Q2 end was May 31, 2022. Their 10Q filing is due tomorrow, 45 days later. July 15.

and they certianly dont have 840k euros.

as a shareholder. the most glaring problem for you is the issuance of shares for services. I would be irate. instadose raised money, wasted it, and now all shareholders have to suffer with further dilution. as a result of mistakes made. dreamteam.

yes. it is slightly outdated, but it still applies.

yes flora was granted that, but they will never meet it. lots of crop falirures

as well, the law is kind of confusing. so even though flora may have that large of an amount for entire 12 month period, they still have to demontrate they can grow. so they have a certain calculation based on acreage, as well as yeild per sg meter company attained during seed evaluation. so ill use simple math. lets say flora is given that amount(46k kilos), they will be given a quota for no more than 10k plants at a time. they then have to demontrate they can grow that amount before they get more. it is confusing, but overall as a country, they are still adhering to the total.

clever leaves was given a very similar size quota in colombia, 80 usd million into their facilities, and they have pretty much shudderred all production. too many issues with microbials.

It may go away with new president though as he is pro cannabis.

In found a bunch of PR pieces from growers. Below, Flora alone was granted a 43600 kg license.
