shouldnt instadose have been quiet during the period before they officially closed the transaction. Instead they ran an illegal stock promotion and issued an assembly line of coordiated news releases. just sayin.

as well. they have a habit of putting out these glowing promotional news releases, then when shit goes sideways, they bury the bad news of it not working in a filing.
