yes. it is slightly outdated, but it still applies.

yes flora was granted that, but they will never meet it. lots of crop falirures

as well, the law is kind of confusing. so even though flora may have that large of an amount for entire 12 month period, they still have to demontrate they can grow. so they have a certain calculation based on acreage, as well as yeild per sg meter company attained during seed evaluation. so ill use simple math. lets say flora is given that amount(46k kilos), they will be given a quota for no more than 10k plants at a time. they then have to demontrate they can grow that amount before they get more. it is confusing, but overall as a country, they are still adhering to the total.

clever leaves was given a very similar size quota in colombia, 80 usd million into their facilities, and they have pretty much shudderred all production. too many issues with microbials.

It may go away with new president though as he is pro cannabis.
