The "All Starr" band historic members + guests list - it's some of the biggest names to ever ever be recorded or perform. Many of the top session players in world history have played with this group/act. Anyway Deli boy smokie - I picked the Sheila E. version since I figured a woman drummer in a short n tight white dress might "help you out" of your funk given Matty leaving you in the dirt and going MIA and all. IF you "feel the need" at lunch smokie time - you can watch Sheila and "work one out" to get that stress level down from all the Mattty boy frustrations LOL :))

Women drummers are always "interesting" but very few are ever "really top of the A-list good" or top of the heap in terms of pro session level players - Sheila here, she's all over the map in terms of keeping time and staying on the beat.

The pro on bass Hamish and Squire on guitar etc - you can see they're "on the assist" trying to keep the damn beat from drifting all over the map BUT she makes for really good eye candy and crowd-draw and for smokie-boys hormonal good "visual entertainment" and it's just good vibes for Ringo to give one of the girls a chance in a pretty much all guy gig :))

She's getting up in age - she looks like she's struggling to "keep up" and her stick control and grip is "odd" as she's waaay at the end of the stick (Dely maybe likes that kinda stick control LOL !!) and she's sort of "stiff wristed" (stiff wristed - think of the implications Dely boy LOL!!) and she comes out of her fills just always "off" a tad and then is ahead of the beat and then behind the beat and then on the beat - if she had a click-track she wouldn't even be close. She could never play studio in this condition.

But for dudes who like a "female keeping their beat" Dely boy - she's probably some cheap trick real good thrills, so I picked her special just for you....lil luvy for Dely from Sheila E.. :))

MATT MOORE + Momma Moore MORE aka Ho Ho Sr + Mark Lee Moore More + Elizabeth Moore More IF she opened the door at say the Granite Bay MILLER HIGH LIFE gig n crib is valid + ANY EMPLOYEE found "on the premises" of the address of INNER-CRIME etc are ALL up for grabs as VALID TO SERVE PROCESSS......

Here's how this one went down - I'd put Vegas money on it !!

Process servers are VERY PREPARED when they get ready to approach the facility and/or an individual they're about to attempt to serve - it's very much like towing repo cars or other "risk situations" where the person on the receiving end might be hostile etc. THEY KNOW THEIR TARGET - and they know a SHIT TON of "bag o tricks" on how to quickly and safely serve these ass hats-

This server KNEW the photo of each key MOORE CLAN MEMBER and who he/she was looking for:

They approach the INNER-CRIME BUILDING and sure as shit its got INNERSCOPE on some door placard or glass front door whatever - they're at the right place. They review their face photos and descriptions of ea MOORE MORE CRIME CLAN MEMBER real quick and memorize what they look like, names etc.

They walked in and likely very quickly saw who was CLEARLY MARK LEE MOORE - so they do this:

The process server walks out - and makes sure they're not being stalked or about to be attacked and they boogie it the hell out of there - get a safe distance and write their re-cap report and notes as to "How process took place and who, what, when, how we served person X" blah blah. These are pros and they do this ALL DAY LONG and EVERY DAY - they know their game and they know their shit and are fearless. I've worked with many of them.

They recorded it as "MARK DOE" but listed him as "Chairman Mark Moore" to legally comply with his attempt to deny his identity - but they were IN HIS BUILDING of which he owns 50% and they KNEW HIS PHOTO and they listed his age, height and weight SPOT-ON match to MARK LEE MOORE and they know they have the right dude - as they looked right at him and that ass clown is in the photo I have below on this post and in 20 other places, current photos too !!

THAT IS HOW IT "WORKS" - the law firm knows it w/ 100% confidence or they WOULD NOT RISK filing for default if ANY doubt existed as to VALID PROCESS WAS SERVED !

It's called SUBSTITUTION OF SERVICE as in ANYONE OF LEGAL AGE "connected" to the lawsuit or ANY member of the lawsuit at an address connected or known to be related to the lawsuit CAN BE DULY SERVED and it's considered "good to go".

As I suspected - this law firm for Hessenn brings their A-Game and A-team all the way around.

It's a "REQUEST FOR CLERK'S ENTRY FOR DEFAULT" as it legally should be - this is MUCH faster and IF filed correctly which it appears is so, then it needs no long delay(s) or even a judge involved or motion(s) filed etc.

The Clerk Of The Court per the named statute(s) and court's procedures - can enter a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT in favor of Hessenn and wham bamm....it is DONE !!

$2 Ma Ma MILLION PLUS - and then the same law firm moves to a COLLECTION ACTION for their client Hessenn and goes after INNER-CRIME and potentially the MOORE MORE CLAN for everything not nailed down to the floors or sunk in concrete on that building - up to and including the INND owned portion of that building IF it's not already been foreclosed etc.

Nice work - that Hessenn firm got this done at light speed for CA turtle slow courts. As stated, that firm is large and well staffed and knows what the H they're doing !!

3) The shipping company is a micro-step away from DEFAULT WIN in Placer County district court.
