Lets get some shit straight as an arrow here as to HOW ONE GETS "PROCESS SERVED" not only in CA put pretty much every state in this Union - there are some limits as to time of day and place but other than that it's ANYTHING GOES and ANY PARTY OVER THE AGE of 18 aka AN ADULT with ANY AFFILIATION TO THE PARTY/LAWSUIT can be "HANDED THE PAPERS" and is thus SERVED and DONE !!!

The process server and law firm had PHOTOS OF MARK MOORE MORE aka THE DON aka CHAIRMAN OF INNER-CRIME and a director and NAMED IN THE LAWSUIT - so MATTY BOY don't have jack shit to do with anything. MATT MOORE + Momma Moore MORE aka Ho Ho Sr + Mark Lee Moore More + Elizabeth Moore More IF she opened the door at say the Granite Bay MILLER HIGH LIFE gig n crib is valid + ANY EMPLOYEE found "on the premises" of the address of INNER-CRIME etc are ALL up for grabs as VALID TO SERVE PROCESSS......

Here's how this one went down - I'd put Vegas money on it !!

Process servers are VERY PREPARED when they get ready to approach the facility and/or an individual they're about to attempt to serve - it's very much like towing repo cars or other "risk situations" where the person on the receiving end might be hostile etc. THEY KNOW THEIR TARGET - and they know a SHIT TON of "bag o tricks" on how to quickly and safely serve these ass hats-

This server KNEW the photo of each key MOORE CLAN MEMBER and who he/she was looking for:

They approach the INNER-CRIME BUILDING and sure as shit its got INNERSCOPE on some door placard or glass front door whatever - they're at the right place. They review their face photos and descriptions of ea MOORE MORE CRIME CLAN MEMBER real quick and memorize what they look like, names etc.

They walked in and likely very quickly saw who was CLEARLY MARK LEE MOORE - so they do this:

Server: "Hey, how you doing Mark, you're Mark Moore of Innerscope correct ?"

Mark Moore: "Who the F are you and whada ya want? Why do you know my name is Mark ??"

Server: "Well, this is Innerscope it says so right on the door and I know you're the chairman, correct again sir ?"

Mark Moore: "Look shit head - I never said I'm Mark Moore and you better get the F off my property, got it !!"

Server: "Well MARK MOORE when I said Mark Moore you instantly turned around and you answered me as Mark. Anyway - I've got these papers here for you sir and I'm going to hand them to you or if you refuse to take them in your hand, I'm going to set them right here in your presence while you watch. You're being served a civil lawsuit and this is your summons and you've been duly served Mr Moore. Thank you very much and have a great day".

The process server walks out - and makes sure they're not being stalked or about to be attacked and they boogie it the hell out of there - get a safe distance and write their re-cap report and notes as to "How process took place and who, what, when, how we served person X" blah blah. These are pros and they do this ALL DAY LONG and EVERY DAY - they know their game and they know their shit and are fearless. I've worked with many of them.

They recorded it as "MARK DOE" but listed him as "Chairman Mark Moore" to legally comply with his attempt to deny his identity - but they were IN HIS BUILDING of which he owns 50% and they KNEW HIS PHOTO and they listed his age, height and weight SPOT-ON match to MARK LEE MOORE and they know they have the right dude - as they looked right at him and that ass clown is in the photo I have below on this post and in 20 other places, current photos too !!

THAT IS HOW IT "WORKS" - the law firm knows it w/ 100% confidence or they WOULD NOT RISK filing for default if ANY doubt existed as to VALID PROCESS WAS SERVED !

It's called SUBSTITUTION OF SERVICE as in ANYONE OF LEGAL AGE "connected" to the lawsuit or ANY member of the lawsuit at an address connected or known to be related to the lawsuit CAN BE DULY SERVED and it's considered "good to go".

It's GAME OVER AT INNERCRIME KIDS - we're waiting on MISSED Q-1 filing on May 15th + last dilution aka moving the 1 billion approx shares left to FREE TRADING and then/when BK FILING as that is ALL that's left of this crime scene - tape it off, and call in the mop up crew and bury this POS 6 ft under...last one out turn out the lights and grab that $20K stainless steel sign and GIVE IT TO PrCUBA AS HE GOT FIRST DIBS ON IT and I want to see him get it.
