As I suspected - this law firm for Hessenn brings their A-Game and A-team all the way around.

It's a "REQUEST FOR CLERK'S ENTRY FOR DEFAULT" as it legally should be - this is MUCH faster and IF filed correctly which it appears is so, then it needs no long delay(s) or even a judge involved or motion(s) filed etc.

The Clerk Of The Court per the named statute(s) and court's procedures - can enter a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT in favor of Hessenn and wham bamm....it is DONE !!

$2 Ma Ma MILLION PLUS - and then the same law firm moves to a COLLECTION ACTION for their client Hessenn and goes after INNER-CRIME and potentially the MOORE MORE CLAN for everything not nailed down to the floors or sunk in concrete on that building - up to and including the INND owned portion of that building IF it's not already been foreclosed etc.

Nice work - that Hessenn firm got this done at light speed for CA turtle slow courts. As stated, that firm is large and well staffed and knows what the H they're doing !!

ANOTHER KNOCK OUT TKO PUNCH LANDED ON THE BUSTED UP FACE OF INNER-CRIME:

1) Ledbetter SIX SIX SIX is won by default and IN COLLECTIONS NOW
I'd say min is $150K and likely $250K or so w/ all attorney cost etc tossed into MATTY's salad

2) Now Hessenn group should be WIN BY DEFAULT in a very short time here - only a matter of how backed up the Clerks' office is in getting filings done
WELL over $2 mil large - and probably closer to $3 MILLION after awarded attorneys fees etc which they will 100% get w/o any doubt !

3) The shipping company is a micro-step away from DEFAULT WIN in Placer County district court. That's like a one-man show smaller law firm - the dude ain't super astute on "rules and procedures" of a court not in his own county apparently. He's boned-up a few filings and had some re-dos but is close to getting it done and right now. So that's a given LOSER for INNER-FRAUD also.
$15K to $20K on that one MATTY BOY aka THE PUNK will owe that vendor he "stiffed" like all the rest.

4) Kuriloff is live and going to cut n mow INNER-CRIME:
Who the hell knows - a $million low end to many millions possible - but no way to collect ?

5) USA-TODAY/GANNETT : ALSO WILL WIN BY DEFAULT JUDGMENT and that can/will start on CASE-1 they have any day and any time here aka the smaller one and the larger one not long after:
$125K or so on CASE-1 which is essentially already WIN BY DEFAULT + approx $2 MILLION and change for CASE-2 which is "in the bag" NO WAY OUT for INNER CRIME.

6) Cherry on top and final air strike on INNER-FRAUD SCAMS-r-US INC is the Adnan Shennib - he WENT BIG and put "$10 million or more" in his initial formal complaint - so who the heck knows ? He's out merely for spite and to 100% ensure he DESTROYS MATTY BOY and the MOORE MORE CRIME CLAN and God bless him and God speed in his mission - he deserves to wreck um even if he doesn't see 10 cents in the end. Revenge for being screwed over in business (and in war) is a "legit cause" in my book :))

The MOORE MORE CLAN - they appear to be ON THE FADE-AWAY VANISHING ACT and LET THE TICKER GO DEAD and/or BK IS IMMINENT - I don't see ANY other possible outcome now.

YIELD SIGN as their annual report is FUBAR and no attorney letter - AND now their POS Quarterly filing is due in literally less than 2 weeks and WE KNOW THEY AIN'T GONNA BE ABLE TO FILE IT w/o FIRST fixing their annual as WTF is the point and/or would the OTC MARKET even accept it anyways since they're in the shitty doghouse for boning their annual !

THEE END IS NEAR FOLKS - INNERCRIME is standing with ONE FOOT OVER THE GRAVE and the other on a BANANA PEEL and the civil lawsuit folks got their shovels ready with the first load of dirt to toss in the hole and the backhoe guy is PAID and warming up the diesel while the FAT LADY is over at the funeral parlor room getting her makeup on and drinking some honey tea and getting her voice warmed up :))
