INNER-CON: "INTERESTING" - I think OTC SLAPPED UM SILLY ??

Get this - so OTC MARKETS moved INNER-CRIME to "YIELD SIGN this AM....

BUT here is where it's "interesting" to me- I'm pretty sure that they have "30 days to get attorney letter" from time of filing ? I need to check that ?

IF that is the case - then IMO it means that THE OTC has/had a "problem" with their annual filing and kicked it back to them to amend and "get it right" at which point INND is likely too damn broke to pay their CPA (Momma MOORE MORE don't do jack shit as to "preparing filings" aka Matty Boy PAYS outside help to do it all !!) and thus IMO it's likely they could not afford another "round" with their CPA/legal or Santa Clause to re-write the filings and "get um right" ?


Sooo - when/IF they failed to ANSWER/CORRECT/AMEND their annual filing as inquired about by the OTC back-end folks.... then IMO OTC back-end just SLAPPED UM SILLY WITH YIELD SIGN....kicked their behinds down to the "limited" tier for FAILURE TO RESPOND/ENGAGE the OTC questions/answers/corrections "To your submitted annual report" blah blah....

Remember - this shit show AMENDS filings and FILES LATE like most people change their socks......

That's my theory - I need to check where I read "30 days for attorney letter" as I seem to remember that as pretty solid info ?

Either way $INND - this crime scene went RED YIELD SIGN this AM and really needs to be buried to EXPERT MARKET and CAVEAT EMPTOR - or they're filing BK as we speak looks like to me......
