Yes if youre just trying to dump stock for a tax loss and you dont care what $ you get for it, just put in a market order. Your broker will facilitate it either via the exchange or they may buy it themselves. You make get a buck or two or maybe nothing, sometimes even the comission is waived. To you it doesnt make any difference and they probably wont even let you know where it went.

For shares that are non tradable there is usually a form you can fill out through your broker. The one at my broker is called the Worthless Securities Checklist.

IMAX Corporation (IMAX): Photographic Equipment & Supplies Industry. Market cap of $2.02B. PEG at 0.81. The stock is currently 1.31% above its 20-day moving average, 9.10% above its 50-day MA, and 40.90% above its 200-day MA. Shares shorted have decreased from 4.37M to 3.61M month-over-month, which is a decrease of 1.39% of a 54.67M share float. The stock has had a good month as well, gaining 18%.

Shares of Imax (IMAX) have lost some of the tremendous bounce they enjoyed on Friday on rumors the company is a takeout target, perhaps for Sony (SNE) or Disney (DIS). But at $28.11 this morning, the stock is still up about 5% from Thursday’s close.

I reported on Friday that Disney is not interested in buying Imax, according to a source close to the company. This morning, Piper Jaffray media analyst James Marsh appeared on CNBC to discuss the stock. Marsh is still bullish on Imax, with an Overweight rating, mainly on his belief the company will continue to roll out new screens internationally. “We’re not big believers in the take-out story,” said Marsh. “Their partners on the exhibition side and the studio side would prefer” they remain independent, Marsh argued.

Imax is not a “mass market” phenomenon, said Marsh, with perhaps 400 to 500 screens in the U.S., tops, and 1,200 globally.

Pumpers were creating interests...now moved on
or maybe some got caught up in the "words" and "believed" what they were told

Honda to sell new gas-electric hybrid next year

TOKYO (AP) -- Honda Motor Co. will sell a new, improved and affordable gas-electric hybrid in the U.S., Japan and Europe starting in early 2009, the company's president said Wednesday.

Takeo Fukui told reporters that "green" cars, especially hybrids, will be a pillar of Honda's strategy for the next three years, starting this fiscal year that began April 1.

He did not say what the price of the vehicle would be. But he said the new hybrid will be a five-door sedan seating five passengers, and it will feature new technology that reduces the size and weight of the hybrid system to increase fuel efficiency.

"Hybrids have drawn attention for their image, but time has come to go to the next step," he said, stressing that Honda was serious about selling hybrids in numbers.

Honda plans to sell 500,000 hybrids per year sometime after 2010, he said.

To expand hybrid sales, Honda will introduce a new sporty hybrid based on the CR-Z model, a Civic hybrid and a hybrid model of the Fit subcompact, which is sold as the Jazz in Europe, in addition to the new hybrid going on sale next year, Fukui said.
