LOL, no im joking. Im sure management, and more of us "in the dark" shareholders are holding shares. Relax until the next PR, I am.
Sky. Are you serious? There are ONLY 3 shareholders ? You--me-- and who else? How about management? Did they sell their shares without the usual process through the SEC ?
Do you really think we have a chance at any recovery ? Your post seems to exude confidence.
Chucker
Aparently there are three shareholders left that didn't panic and sell. Yea those of little faith. I recognized the potential and the need for this company to florish. I could have taken a risk investment on any stock. But at a time when our country has to pull together why not help some US military retiree's that are trying to grow a buisness that continues to serve their country.
I can't wait until Thursday the Apprentice comes on, man I love that show.
YOU GUYS ARE NOT ALONE,I'M SURE THERE ARE MANY MORE UNHAPPY INVESTORS AS WELL! ALL WE CAN HOPE FOR IS THAT OUR HOLDINGS(SHARES) WILL BECOME PART OF SOMETHING THAT CAN GROW.THIS LOOKS LIKE IT COULD TAKE SOME TIME CLEAN UP.THE SOONER THE BETTER.
Thanks Sky. Do you think we will get any value from our holdings? I am also surprised at the LACK of postings here from other holders of HSTJ. Certainly we are not the only 2 people who own this stock. Also, please, what do you think of the wording in the reply. Note. My email was to PMR and the reply says Homeland management.
Obviously with HSTJ permanently banned we cannot sell our shares so we HAVE TO hold. I just hope some kind of a merger/buyout occurs.
Now. I have a tough time swallowing that some former high up U.S. Service people are behind something like this. I never did check out their credentials to verify that they are former military.
Chucker
Good work Chuck, I just got in and saw your post. That confirms what I have been reading on RB. Something about a new symbol. GLTY
Good news and bad news. I received a reply to my email which was sent to PMR and Co.
Bad news and I will quote the reply " HSTJ has been permanently suspended from trading as a public company. Currently our legal advisors are working on merging the company into an alternative public vehicle. It should take a few weeks to accomplish this. Currently we do not know what the capital structure will look like. Thank you HST, Inc management "

I went to my search engine and tried to contact Homeland Security but the automatic page came up stating the page cannot be opened.
I also just sent an email to Patrick Rost @ PMR and Associates asking for information re HSTJ and if they will appeal or re-file with the SEC. I asked permission to post any reply. If I do not have a reply by 1:00 pm ( EST ) I will phone PMR.
Chucker
Sky. Thank you. Is there any appeal that you know of to the SEC decision? Can HSTJ file a new application? I will look to see if there is an email address for HSTJ and, if yes, will send them a letter asking their intentions.

It's ok the computer has taken me around the world. I have actually reached the end of the internet twice.

Sky. I will admit that I might be the world's worst when it comes to a computer but I have tried just about all day and cannot get into the www.otcbb.com. I can get into it but cannot bring up any info on HSTJ.PK Any other way that I can read the application and the SEC reply?
Chucker
READ SOMETHING ABOUT PROTECTING INVESTORS.I JUST HOPE MY HARD EARNED MONEY WENT TO PROTECTING OUR TROOPS!!!!!
I know it is very dissapointing. But I shall hold on to my certificate confirmations and wait until they create a new symbol then I will talk to legal consel. I may not wait but something is happening hear that I haven't seen before. A company starts to give shareholders a dividend then they don't without reasons why that are convincing. Then they defalf without explaination to the SEC, or at least without notice to the shareholders, and get their symbol revoked. Now this guy or guys are suppose to be US military people we can trust. I won't comment on that any further because I feel my blood pressure rising. WWW.otcbb.com has all the info on the SEC actions pretty much what I posted. under daily click view then OTC in the upper right hand corner.
WANT TO HEAR SOMETHING OFFICIAL FROM THE COMPANY. WE DESERVE THAT. NOTHING TO DO BUT WAIT NOW.REALLY THOUGHT THIS WAS GOING TO BE A GREAT ONE!
Sky. Thanks for the info. Is there a website to view what the application looked like and to read the SEC opinion as to why they did not approve it? In other words HSTJ submitted the AP without any PR?
Rather difficult to fathom that any company should make such an application without professional assistance so that the SEC would approve. I am starting to think like you re my opinion of management.
Anxious to see the application and the SEC denial ( plus, I assume a recommendation for any future application)

What a POS stock
HELLO TO THE BOARD. IM THE GUY FROM SOURLAKE THAT INVESTED $20,000.00 in eyemakers that was owned by ernest remo. I THINK THIS GUY WAS RUNNING A SCAM AND HIS INTENTION WAS NOT FOR THE INVESTORS BUT MERELY FOR HIMSELF. HE MADE ALL THIS TALK ABOUT HOW WELL HIS BUSINESS VENTURE WAS DOING TO SUCK THE PUBLIC IN FOR THEIR MONEY. I BELIEVE HE THOUGHT HE COULD MOVE INTO THE HOMELAND SECURITY TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS AND CONTINUE TO OPERATE HIS TALK, BUT HE FOUND OUT DIFFERENT. I THINK THIS IS THE REASON WHY THIS STOCK HAS STOPPED TRADING. IF I HAD A CHANCE TO PUT MONEY ON THE FACT THAT HE IS IN JAIL WITH CHARGES FILED AGAINST HIM, I WOULD. THE NEW OWNERS OF THIS STOCK ARE NOT PLAYING GAMES WITH YOUR MONEY. MY PERSONAL OPINION IS THAT THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO GET THIS THING MOVING FORWARD DUE TO ALL THE FALL BACKS CAUSED BY REMO. BE PATIENT WITH THE NEW OWNERS, THEY'RE WAITING JUST LIKE US FOR THIS TO PASS. REMEMBER, THEY GOT THEY'RE TIME AND MONEY IN IT TO0, ALSO THEY WANT THIS STOCK BACK TO TRADING JUST AS FAST AS WE DO. HOPEFULLY A MESSAGE WILL BE POSTED ON THE PINKSHEET BOARD WHEN THIS STOCK IS BACK TO TRADING SOON. I'VE BEEN INVESTED IN THIS STOCK FOR 2 YEARS.
NEW HERE. TRIED TO BUY MORE SHARES TODAY. ASK WAS .02. I AM HOLDING ON TO ALL MY SHARES. WOULD LIKE MORE BUT AM WAITING FOR SOME SOLID NEWS. I AGREE, THIS STOCK SHOULD BE MOVING WELL ABOVE .02. HOPE WE HEAR SOME GOOD NEWS VERY SOON.
Seems to me that every time it gains an inch reflected on the last, it hovers then drops back down to .0001 or thereabouts, though right now it's sitting at .006 (11:26am EST), down from an overnight of .02.
I'm enjoying watching the mini-rollercoaster effect, but I'm more concerned about what should be happening with the stock given the product they're marketing. Anything that will keep our lads safer from the bombings should be supported.
Don't get me wrong: I've bought my share of stock in buttonhook factories in the past, and I don't begrudge the funds to this new group. But is there some liquidity issue I've overlooked in my research of HSTJ?
One trade ( I believe) for 50,000 shares and the PPS drops to
0.0001. Someone convince me that the big boys controlling the gray market are honest people who do not play games with HSTJ.
It seems impossible to believe that in this Country people like this are allowed to practice their trade in this manner. Guess the SEC is asleep or blind.
Chucker
WOW What a jump in the PPS today, up 233 percent. I wish it was on a better and much larger volume, Sure wish we could get off the gray market. Even the Pinks would look good now. I wonder what the bid/ask is today?
Chucker
Hi Casey. Welcome to HSTJ. Only way we will know if we are off the grays or by watching the volume and price movement, If we get good volume you will know we are off the grays.
Chucker
A bit new to this pink sheet / grey sheet stuff - how will we know when HSTJ goes back to pink sheet? Still holding my shares and watching the rollercoaster effect.
Thanks for not laughing too loud at the newbie :)
Naz. I checked with my broker this morning , The bid/ask is
0.0001 and 0.01 WOW. What a spread. That is the fun we are going to have to deal with while we are " in the grays". Note that the PPS is up to 0.01 on a whopping 20,000 share buy.
Some VERY RICH person spent $200.00 on HSTJ.
Chucker
Hey chucker, I have not tried to purchase any lately. Still hanging on to what I have though. Let me know how you make out. Good luck.
Has anyone attempted to purchase any HSTJ shares? If yes what was the bid/ask spread? Is it still rediculous while we continue on the gray market? I will try tomorrow and see what I get.
Chucker
I look at it this way before I ask the SEC what is going on with this new company I will see if the companies next press release clarifys the new website showing products that the old one does not. What is going on?
http://www.hstinc.us/NEWS.html
Re my post number 67, I wonder how someone was able to buy today at 0.005? I tried and was informed the bid and ask was 0.0001 and 0.01 I can only guess it was a real large block being bought which in itself is good news. Volume was 3.06 million which is real good for HSTJ.
Chucker
Any idea when this will trade again?
Naz. You have private mail in your mail box.
Chucker
Hey chuckerfmfla,
Didn't you start this board?? I thought you bought in back in July as you said in earlier posts? What's up man? Amnesia!! LOL Happy Holidays!
I believe it is still on grey. I tried to buy as high as .001 but a no go. I have checked other boards and believe some have been able to buy at .0001. I think the MM's are trying to keep it .01 or around there as to not upset the previous stock owners. Oh well, I will keep trying (I wont go above .001). I am also playing around with ALOC (another grey).
Well. So much for trying to buy HSTJ. I placed an order for 1,600,000 shares at 0.0002. The bid is at 0.0001 and the ASK is at 0.01. So much for the &^%$^&*%^ market makers . Does anyone know if HSTJ is still trading on the Gray market ( I assume yes) or is it back to a pink sheet?
Chucker
TJW.. Thank you for this information. I also am trying to buy some HSTJ today but so far no luck. Assuming that Mark Wilson is a honest Director of Security Systems Division this should be a screaming buy once the SEC clears the stock and it gets off the " gray Market"
I take it that Ernest Remo was a prior officer? Correct? Was he a founder, etc. of HSTJ or some Eyemaker company?
I'll let the board know if I have any success on the buy.
Chucker
I copied and pasted the 3 posts for ya. I have been trying to get in at .0002 - no luck yet.

ghcnj...This is the e-mail I received back from HSTJ.......Carol,
This is Mark Wilson. My function here and the reason I was brought on board is to secure military contracts. Colonel Powers and I are committed to making this company prosperous. As you know, Eyemakers was a failing business. This model has great potential and the market within which we operate is on fire. The previous ownership and our trust in them was the reason our stock was suspended. That won't happen again and once their mess is cleaned up we will ensure a competent accountant and SEC attorney are retained.
Our attorney has advised us not to issue any press releases until our filing appears on the SEC website for public viewing (and that should be today) but if you visit our website you will see that we are pushing the laminate. This PowerShieldTM is amazing. We should receive our first shipment today and this product will be going to Iraq for applications on military vehicle windows to reduce the risk of fragmentation from IEDs (roadside bombs). We are very excited about this product. This product will not only fill the gap between now and when Armor Holdings gets the required amount of armored vehicles in country, we will also work with the civilian contractors who are running non-armored thin skin vehicles up and down the hiways. You should see a press release shortly outlining what we have been doing behind the scenes to bring this product to the military.
Carol, although Jeff and I are not investor relations guys, we will never let you down. I can assure you that the short selling of the stock is external. No salaries have been taken or will be taken until this vehicle is burning rubber.

READ THIS GUYS....................................Carol, I really can't explain the fluctuation in the stock. Due to the suspension we are now trading on the "Grey Market" until the SEC receives, reveiws and commebts on the filings we have submitted to them. I know that on the Grey Market there is no bid and ask. The only trades are made by the Market Makers and they can sell at any price they choose. Even if see that the stock is sitting at .02 and you want to sell all your stock, they don't have to buy at your price, they can opt for .0001 (which is what I think is going on. If you look at the fluctuation yesterday, it looks like Market Makers playing with the stock. But like I said, I don't trade or get involved in that area. I think your best bet would be to call Pat Rost at PMR & Associates 1-858-350-0409. PMR is the company we hired as our investor relations firm and I think he would be better able to explain this to you. We expect to be back on the Pinks in about a week. Then everything will trade as normal. I hope you were joking about the Berlin market. I will definately check on it and if this old grunt finds out somebody is screwing around behind our backs we'll take care of that. Carol, I would like to be able to explain all the hard work that is going on here to protect our shareholders from what was perpetrated on all of us by the former ownership but according to SEC rules I cannot discuss certain things for fear of violating "insider trading " laws. Carol, remember what I told you in my email.

Here you go guys...read and enjoy.............................Carol,
Sorry for the late post but I was out schmoozing Starbucks and Jack in The Box all day trying to get our ActiveEYE surveillance system in their stores and our laminates on their windows. I let them beat me at golf so you can see how committed I am (joke). I wasn't offended by you not wanting to speak to me on the phone, in fact I am slightly embarrassed for asking you to call me. As a security guy I applaud you for not wanting your phone number to appear on anyone's caller ID. My embarrassment stems from not advising you to block your number before calling me. Nevertheless, if you have questions of an operational nature I will be glad to answer them. Back channels say some posts I have responded to from investors are appearing all over the Internet so I have to be very careful to remain outside of the insider trading area. Please understand that Colonel Jeff Powers and I will be upfront and honest with you at all times. If we appear to not give you too much information its only because we have been bitten by our predecessor and the old adage is "once bitten, twice shy." When I talk to someone on the phone or respond to an email I never know if I'm speaking to an investor or an SEC investigator trying to lure me into a situation that could harm not only my position with the organization but by proxy the stock holders that have invested their hard earned money in our venture.
Colonel Powers and I have a vision for the future of this company and it is very important that we focus our efforts on reaching the goals which we have set. This company is making money and putting it in the bank. There are very few VERY FEW pink sheet company's that can show the level of success that we have achieved in the short time we have been in operation. We bought a failing vehicle and have been working diligently to overhaul it into something that we could show off in public. It still needs a few more coats of polish and the paint isn't completely dry yet but when its finished it will burn rubber with the best of them. This is definitely a muscle machine and I'm committed to blowing the doors off the big boys in 2005. Now, just as suspected, the day the warranty expired we found out that we had been sold a lemon. But just like in days of old we are holding those people who caused the problem (be it through deceit or malpractice) responsible for their actions. We are making lemonade. Believe me when I say that you don't want to be on the receiving end of the wrath of Powers.
I admit that we have made mistakes that have caused the stock to fluctuate. We hired and paid a marketing firm that immediately conducted a spam email campaign that bit us in the butt. I tracked down the perpetrator and he will be held accountable. We put blind faith in people that immediately short sold our stock and hurt us again. We learned a valuable lesson both times.
The solution is simple. I am concentrating on making sure our product is out there on the market in front of the very people that need to see it (and buy it). We have very few competitors in the Security laminate field but they are all cut-throat used car salesmen. What they don't have that we do are the contacts in the right places. My job is to build business based on relationships and mutual trust. We are not used car salesmen hocking a product at the local bazaar. We are legitimate businessmen who can not only talk the talk but we have walked the walk and the people we are dealing with trust us because they know we have been where they are now and we can help them survive their situation. We can improve their survivability and both Jeff and I are willing to not only stake our reputations on our product, we are willing to go to Iraq ourselves and hand deliver it.
Another goal we have set for 2005 concerns giving back to those who were told they were going to be rewarded. This and a stockholders meeting in San Diego. I believe we need to let you see us up front and we need to be able to show you in person what we have in store for this company. We need to answer your questions honestly and in person.
Please feel free to call me at any time. I am available to you or any of our stockholders whenever you have a question. Remember I am not an investor relations guy and therefore I won't have all the answers but I will always find them and get them to you. You may block your number, desquise your voice or have someone call for you. We have a policy of transparency.

Thinking about buying into HSTJ. Before I do some answers please. Who is Ernest Remo and what is his relationship to HSTJ? Also to TJW. This has been like a yo-yo the past couple of days. Any ideas as to what's going on? I haven't seen anything either news or posts.
WOW. I guess I did speak too soon. What the H--L hit the stock, a truck or a train? Does anyone know if it was one large sell that brought it down or a small one followed by any buying? Is anyone here buying at this level. I think tomorrow I will put in an order at 0.0002 and see what happens. At least I will get a no and find out that the ask is about 5 cents a share. Guess I had one Bud too many.
