Good news and bad news. I received a reply to my email which was sent to PMR and Co.

Bad news and I will quote the reply " HSTJ has been permanently suspended from trading as a public company. Currently our legal advisors are working on merging the company into an alternative public vehicle. It should take a few weeks to accomplish this. Currently we do not know what the capital structure will look like. Thank you HST, Inc management "
