TJW.. Thank you for this information. I also am trying to buy some HSTJ today but so far no luck. Assuming that Mark Wilson is a honest Director of Security Systems Division this should be a screaming buy once the SEC clears the stock and it gets off the " gray Market"

I take it that Ernest Remo was a prior officer? Correct? Was he a founder, etc. of HSTJ or some Eyemaker company?

I'll let the board know if I have any success on the buy.
