ghcnj...This is the e-mail I received back from HSTJ.......Carol,
This is Mark Wilson. My function here and the reason I was brought on board is to secure military contracts. Colonel Powers and I are committed to making this company prosperous. As you know, Eyemakers was a failing business. This model has great potential and the market within which we operate is on fire. The previous ownership and our trust in them was the reason our stock was suspended. That won't happen again and once their mess is cleaned up we will ensure a competent accountant and SEC attorney are retained.
Our attorney has advised us not to issue any press releases until our filing appears on the SEC website for public viewing (and that should be today) but if you visit our website you will see that we are pushing the laminate. This PowerShieldTM is amazing. We should receive our first shipment today and this product will be going to Iraq for applications on military vehicle windows to reduce the risk of fragmentation from IEDs (roadside bombs). We are very excited about this product. This product will not only fill the gap between now and when Armor Holdings gets the required amount of armored vehicles in country, we will also work with the civilian contractors who are running non-armored thin skin vehicles up and down the hiways. You should see a press release shortly outlining what we have been doing behind the scenes to bring this product to the military.
Carol, although Jeff and I are not investor relations guys, we will never let you down. I can assure you that the short selling of the stock is external. No salaries have been taken or will be taken until this vehicle is burning rubber.

READ THIS GUYS....................................Carol, I really can't explain the fluctuation in the stock. Due to the suspension we are now trading on the "Grey Market" until the SEC receives, reveiws and commebts on the filings we have submitted to them. I know that on the Grey Market there is no bid and ask. The only trades are made by the Market Makers and they can sell at any price they choose. Even if see that the stock is sitting at .02 and you want to sell all your stock, they don't have to buy at your price, they can opt for .0001 (which is what I think is going on. If you look at the fluctuation yesterday, it looks like Market Makers playing with the stock. But like I said, I don't trade or get involved in that area. I think your best bet would be to call Pat Rost at PMR & Associates 1-858-350-0409. PMR is the company we hired as our investor relations firm and I think he would be better able to explain this to you. We expect to be back on the Pinks in about a week. Then everything will trade as normal. I hope you were joking about the Berlin market. I will definately check on it and if this old grunt finds out somebody is screwing around behind our backs we'll take care of that. Carol, I would like to be able to explain all the hard work that is going on here to protect our shareholders from what was perpetrated on all of us by the former ownership but according to SEC rules I cannot discuss certain things for fear of violating "insider trading " laws. Carol, remember what I told you in my email.

Here you go guys...read and enjoy.............................Carol,
Sorry for the late post but I was out schmoozing Starbucks and Jack in The Box all day trying to get our ActiveEYE surveillance system in their stores and our laminates on their windows. I let them beat me at golf so you can see how committed I am (joke). I wasn't offended by you not wanting to speak to me on the phone, in fact I am slightly embarrassed for asking you to call me. As a security guy I applaud you for not wanting your phone number to appear on anyone's caller ID. My embarrassment stems from not advising you to block your number before calling me. Nevertheless, if you have questions of an operational nature I will be glad to answer them. Back channels say some posts I have responded to from investors are appearing all over the Internet so I have to be very careful to remain outside of the insider trading area. Please understand that Colonel Jeff Powers and I will be upfront and honest with you at all times. If we appear to not give you too much information its only because we have been bitten by our predecessor and the old adage is "once bitten, twice shy." When I talk to someone on the phone or respond to an email I never know if I'm speaking to an investor or an SEC investigator trying to lure me into a situation that could harm not only my position with the organization but by proxy the stock holders that have invested their hard earned money in our venture.
Colonel Powers and I have a vision for the future of this company and it is very important that we focus our efforts on reaching the goals which we have set. This company is making money and putting it in the bank. There are very few VERY FEW pink sheet company's that can show the level of success that we have achieved in the short time we have been in operation. We bought a failing vehicle and have been working diligently to overhaul it into something that we could show off in public. It still needs a few more coats of polish and the paint isn't completely dry yet but when its finished it will burn rubber with the best of them. This is definitely a muscle machine and I'm committed to blowing the doors off the big boys in 2005. Now, just as suspected, the day the warranty expired we found out that we had been sold a lemon. But just like in days of old we are holding those people who caused the problem (be it through deceit or malpractice) responsible for their actions. We are making lemonade. Believe me when I say that you don't want to be on the receiving end of the wrath of Powers.
I admit that we have made mistakes that have caused the stock to fluctuate. We hired and paid a marketing firm that immediately conducted a spam email campaign that bit us in the butt. I tracked down the perpetrator and he will be held accountable. We put blind faith in people that immediately short sold our stock and hurt us again. We learned a valuable lesson both times.
The solution is simple. I am concentrating on making sure our product is out there on the market in front of the very people that need to see it (and buy it). We have very few competitors in the Security laminate field but they are all cut-throat used car salesmen. What they don't have that we do are the contacts in the right places. My job is to build business based on relationships and mutual trust. We are not used car salesmen hocking a product at the local bazaar. We are legitimate businessmen who can not only talk the talk but we have walked the walk and the people we are dealing with trust us because they know we have been where they are now and we can help them survive their situation. We can improve their survivability and both Jeff and I are willing to not only stake our reputations on our product, we are willing to go to Iraq ourselves and hand deliver it.
Another goal we have set for 2005 concerns giving back to those who were told they were going to be rewarded. This and a stockholders meeting in San Diego. I believe we need to let you see us up front and we need to be able to show you in person what we have in store for this company. We need to answer your questions honestly and in person.
Please feel free to call me at any time. I am available to you or any of our stockholders whenever you have a question. Remember I am not an investor relations guy and therefore I won't have all the answers but I will always find them and get them to you. You may block your number, desquise your voice or have someone call for you. We have a policy of transparency.
