Sky. Thanks for the info. Is there a website to view what the application looked like and to read the SEC opinion as to why they did not approve it? In other words HSTJ submitted the AP without any PR?

Rather difficult to fathom that any company should make such an application without professional assistance so that the SEC would approve. I am starting to think like you re my opinion of management.
Anxious to see the application and the SEC denial ( plus, I assume a recommendation for any future application)
