With over $170,000 invested, is it unreasonable to ask Des, who sold me the shares, to assist in getting me my shares from the transfer agent he placed them with, to a usable tradable account??

The restriction was supposed to be six months. Then I was given their attorney in Colorado and had to pay him to prepare a letter for the transfer agent. I did all of this only to hit dead end after dead end.

Four years ago I was sold 6.7 million shares of Hero restricted stock by Des. They are stuck with a transfer agent in Clearwater Florida I can get no brokerage to take them into any kind of account to make them tradable. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I can tell you with 100% certainty that the updated company doc is complete.. we finished it and got all approvals about 4 hours ago.. My request to place it on the company website was requested at 5:37pm.. Unfortunately, I cant share the doc here without getting it on our website first. It would considered a violation of Reg FD. But yes, we hit the deadline, the team reviewed, we conferenced on it this morning, made our adjustments and received final approval. The moment it hits the website, i will alert the thread that its live and y'all will have the opportunity to see for yourselves..

Josey, patience young Jedi.. I am 90% finished with the 1st major piece of information/vision document and when done, there will be a release. We will share with the public and i think all shareholders will be relieved to read what we have done/are doing/will be doing in the future. I know its death by 1000 lashes. However, I can say with all sincerity, once we make the PR known, hopefully, shareholder perception will start to change. We have assembled a very, very impressive crew that will be leading the charge. Wine Maker, i appreciate the kind words, but, i am very content in my role, being the guy behind the curtain. I am super stoked to get this PR out and getting to what i do best, promote a company that i believe in, hitting the Street, holding court with investors and institutional players. Until the release, i have to stay mum. Once we publish to the public what i have to publish, then i can be at liberty to broaden my conversation. My deadline is tomorrow to finish the document, and i hope to have it public via 8K by Tuesday.. Once it is out, I am now on the clock and i will open the flood gates and get to doing what i do.. To be completely frank, i could care less about the stock price right now. It means nothing to me. What is important is to execute on the grand plan and I dont play small-ball. Bunting with runners in scoring position is a great tactic. But i am a swing away guy. Especially when the 3,4,5 hitters are coming to the plate. My point, we are not, Hero tech, looking to release puff pieces out to the public to pacify a languishing stock. There is no reason for anyone to get hyped until the company shows a proof of concept. WHEN that happens, and this new team of leadership is 100% capable, I will make darn sure we are communicating every move we make. First, get revenue, then, drop earnings to the bottom line, from there, the stock will take care of itself. Just stay patient for a couple more days. the PR is coming...

I agree 100%. We are not mind readers. John seems like a very sharp chap. The company should issue a PR to introduce our IR ( John ) an industry veteran and maybe slip a few crumbs about M and A in the works or at least on the trail. i think that John could be the CEO and or COO now or even both titles at the same time. in any event trading at sub.01 is a joke. how can we be taken seriously in the market. My God march 1 st is a few days away and we were to be on the run last Oct. Too bad it took so long to find John. Something has to give and break lose soon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in the process of finalizing changes to the website and within the website will live an Investor Deck that will layout the company's direction and focus. I will admit that issuing shares is something i am not a fan of. I am fully aware of the O/S and what an acquisition with common would do to the O/S count. There are other options out there. Unfortunately, thats all i can say at this moment.

Appreciate the kind words. I am far from walking on water or taking a loaf of bread to feed 1,000. However, i know deep down my capabilities and while this is going to be a battle, I do believe that what we are setting out to do CAN be accomplished. This is, unfortunately, for long time shareholders, a perpetual kick to the sensitive area. Been there, suffered thru it myself in past lives.
Currently, and this is going to take a short time to wrap up, but, we are revamping many things that y'all, the investing public, will be able to look at, read and comprehend the new direction of the company.
You are correct, the common stock price is a reflection of the "perceived" health of the company. Alot of times, perception is reality. I wont deny this company has been thru its share of changes, restructures, etc, etc.
Going forward, with the company's new direction, as a "sponsor", which i prefer to say mini-conglomerate, once we get 2-3 of the acquisitions under our belt, rolled up, producing results, file 1-2 10Qs in a TIMELY fashion, the perception of HENC on the street will start to change. That now becomes my job. And i love that part of what i do. Not to toot my horn, but i am the master of the living room, the commander of the presentation room. That is my wheelhouse.
Most importantly, is getting these target acquisitions final, and prove to the Street that we can successfully target, acquire and implement the strategy. My ultimate goal is to build up the Rev base to $100M, drop $15-20M in EBITDA, where now, we can actually get some established metrics associated with the company and the stock. For simple math, a 6x multiple on $20M EBITDA = $120M mkt cap.. Now, we have a track record and raising capital for the larger targets becomes much easier. From $100M Rev base, going to $200M is easier than getting the first $100M. A $200M Rev could drop $40-45M in EBITDA, now youre potentially staring at a $200-250M mkt cap.
But it all starts at home plate. Cant hit the homerun from the dugout, cant make the club from the tub.

I see the long term vision and I believe that YOU are the man to make it happen. However, a stock price ( value ) is a barometer of the health of a company.ie. if a person is having a heart attack ior is in cardiac arrest and taken to an ER, the attending ER Doc is not going to give an aspirin but will bring out the pads and nitro.
We need to do whatever it takes to raise the PPS, stop the selloff and start to inch upward. You are the best news yet and I believe that my co BB members feel you are our last best hope to salvage this sinking ship.
PR introducing yourself and our new vision is a start. We have been in the dark way too long !!!.
As I have recommended before NAME CHANGE, SYMBOL CHANGE as 2 things along w/ the PR.
We should be inching up everyday. Who will take us seriously at the sub-penny level?

One thing you will never get from me is false hope. I keep it real and honest, 100% of the time. I will use words like IF, Maybe, Possible, but it will always be used in the context of trying to lay out the pathway for thoughtful conversation. Yes, i get your point/s on why you feel the way you feel. What i do feel good about and why i joined on, is because while this may look like a "Hail Mary", its being done so in a fashion that isnt resting the sole success and comeback of the company on 1 product (weed) or 1 action (drilling for oil). What we are setting up to be and do is methodically searching out, vetting and acquiring companies that meet a strict order of importance:
1. revenues rising
2. EBITDA positive
3. Predictability in forthcoming quarters and years.
We wont try to buy the next hot tech gadget, we arent interested in trying to source the next cure for whatever disease. What we are setting out to do is build a portfolio of diverse businesses that spit out cash flow, allow us to feel comfortable with projections and expectations and mange the common stock is the right manner.
In a perfect world, living in a vacuum, I would love to spend the next 12-18 months, acquiring cash flow positive companies, get to $150-200M in rev, kick off about $25-35M in free cash. That can easily equate to a mkt cap valuation of $175-200M.. Just my opinion on some down and dirty math..

Jokes and zingers are fine, but the fact that even you are skeptical based upon your IF and I say IF, comment makes me nervous this last ditch effort is a true Hail Mary. No one wants this to fail but the past experiences with these weak endeavors were total jokes. They would drill one time hoping (not to hit oil) the stock would rise enough to exit or buy (seller financed) one property (to not grow weed) but hoping for a stock pop to exit. Now it is an all encompassing AI company making us experts on all aspects of things no one understands anyway so you can feel my distrust. Hope your Swan Song is beautiful and not what I have experienced over the last two decades. Idaho is beautiful and I hope you get to retire there very comfortably after this goes to a miracle of $.50 per share.

Now, to get back to your post, yes, i am taking on the job of being the company mouthpiece for investors and shareholders. Its a tough job, becasue every 90 days I have to stand and answer for the company actions. When times are good, everyone is your friend. Perhaps you could shed some light on why Hero’s presence on X seems entirely devoted to other companies, and never actual info about the company itself? I fully comprehend the algorithm and putting $HENC out there, regardless of the content.
But a groundswell among trading groups on X is far easier to gain traction with actual news. Just my opinion.

I totally understand and get your frustration. Trust me. I have seen, invested in, worked for and everything on the in between with companies that looked good on paper but were total disappointments in reality. The last company i was with, in the cannabis / hemp space, was such a massive upside potential situation, but corporate decisions, bad corporate governance, allowing the "patients to run the asylum", took a company that was doing $12.9M per qtr in sales, and completely imploded in 12 months.. When i started with the company, from day one, mkt cap was $75M, in 24 months, we worked it up $386M mkt cap. We did benefit from the mkt hype, but we had a real business, real intentions to build a world leading brand, but ultimately gave the ground back on sub-par financial performance. Revs were great, EPS was not, continual losses. To combat that, the thought was to bury bad press by putting out puff pieces, to which i totally disagreed. My point and theory is very simple, i learned this from a friend of mine, very very smart guy, worked at the largest investment house in the world, "Run your business the right way, the stock will take care of itself". I believe, stripping away all the bad ju-ju from the past, what HERO is setting up to do today, is the right move, real ideas. If we can execute, then this paltry $5M mkt cap can rise exponentially. But we have to execute, and i am completely cognizant of that. I wouldnt sign on to walk into certain death. We all have a puncher's chance, and i think this is one of those.
