Good morning all. While this will come across as odd or outright dumb, I am putting myself out there to be as transparent as possible. I was recently added to the HERO team and i will be in charge of all IR and public communications for the company. With that said, a quick Reader's Digest version of myself is as follows: 20+ years in the public markets, broker, founded, built and ran a broker/dealer, worked in Private Equity, raised capital for start up from concept to running the company, ran the IR for a NYSE listed company for 4 yrs. Basically, my entire career has been in the space. I am excited for the challenge that is ahead, but confident that the players here at HERO are doing the right things to re-ignite the company and improve shareholder value. Talk is cheap, and i will be the first to agree. However, there are a ton of things going on behind the scenes and we are close to opening up the lines of communication with real, concrete info. I am not one for "fluff" pieces of PR, just to appease disgruntled shareholders. I understand my role and frankly, i am really good at what i do. I WONT engage in combative banter. I WILL engage in respectful debate. We are all entitled to our opinions, and we can agree to disagree, but with respect. With that said, I look forward to this challenge and the future. Absolutely no faith in current mgt. Corporate officials have legal responsibilities to deliver shareholder value/equity in one form or the other. Maybe a $1.00 per yr. compensation package but options upon performance. It works for other companies.
Steve Jobs returned to Apple for $1.00 yr. Now Apple has a market value of $3 trillion and Job's wife is beyond wealthy from options of Job's value appreciation.
Even a 5 cent PPS would be a 500% upside..

We know Dark Alpha watches this board on occasion and the lack of volume has to be troubling because they can't sell shares into the market (even at a penny) to fund anything (including a press release). Suck in a bad spot with no answers for a pathway out of it! Over under on life expectancy? Sell the shell back to Holloman and have them put one of their productive divisions in it and make it right for all those that invested in an oil and gas company ( Holloman Energy) started by Holloman Engineering.

I got in in March/April on the .31 RUN excitement. Luckily
not .31 but .12/.15 range. Since that fateful trade, I have averaged down to about.06.
Over that time , I have encouraged a number of F and F to buy expecting another run. LIKE MOST OTHER COMPANIES DO WITH OR W/O REVENUE. This company is like talking to a fence post !!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally void of movement or life . Those of us on this BB have spent more time and hours trying to lift this DEAD WEIGHT so we could at least breakeven and/or get lucky w/ a run.
I am totally fed up w/ mgt. and /or people that profess to be managers. This is a public company so it has responsibilities that are legal in courts and not just w/ a guy on the street corner talking TRASH but legal in courts.
So what is my point. 3 yrs. wasted on this POS.
So here we sit w/ no PPS movement, no volume , no PR's and a fence post for a management team.
We will be lucky to escape w/ our ass and not sure about our $.
I am not selling even one share.
Time for the big boys to perform if they want to wear the big boy pants otherwise stay on the T-BALL TEAM and be lucky that the coach has not sent you home w/ a note " Don't return ". Not BULLISH again until I see upward movement and SOON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


We were to see great things after Labor Day 2023. Surprise, it is close to March 2024 and we are still barely at .01.

yeah i got in for the weed play, which sounded like a good move at the time if they had some money and knowledge and were ready to move.... however sounds like we didn't have money or knowledge of the Michigan market and took to long to get things going while the market faded. If we had gotten land and licenses and got even a basic operation going, i think they could have then sold the operation, or the whole company,

But here we are, now i'm just hoping the pick another industry that gets other people as excited as i was and i can get out.

Our Destiny looks like a company that can't decide what they want to be (oil and gas, weed, AI...next). They have to change direction every couple of years because of this lack of volume makes it so they can no longer sell shares of the current phantom company and their ATM runs out of steam. These companies do nothing but reinvent a new story hoping to fool newcomers to get the ATM money flowing again. Us old timers know the rinse and repeat story and have to hope by some miracle a HERO emerges with a real company, buys the this basically empty shell and creates a real story/company with income and profits. Doubt that is our Destiny though! Anyone with any thoughts otherwise welcome to share.

HENC has become a daily, quite often a couple of times a day, a content producer on X. Not a word about themselves since the 11/29/23 8K. Don’t know if they are paying a group to provide the non relevant content or if it’s produced by an employee. Regardless, I wish Destiny Aigbe would speak to the company!

There are just old time bag holders that are sitting tight hoping something REAL EVENTUALLY happens to move the price otherwise this will stay in neutral to reverse while circling the drain. Looking at the chart we are primed for a move up, IF there is potential positive progress in the company that can drive rumor/news enough to create additional interest.

This will move on air to .15, with a run into the .30s likely.

BUT, we need the news.

Look at TONR !!! Safe HARBOUR speculation but yesterday 600 million + shares traded and up 100%. Not sure if they have anything but at least they give shareholders an opportunity to make some $ w/ a lively stock.
MGT. has to wake up and deliver.

Getting very frustrating w/ HERO !!! Thank God my PPS avg. is only .062 and not .30 or worse like a few old timers here. However, I am still going to start buying again to get my PPS lower so I can get the HELL OUT OF DODGE w/ a profit.
This stock reminds me a lot like a Canadian co. called WELL POWER solutions to GAS FLARING ) Stock hit .81 then went to hell. Never any revenue but very clever officers who got a lot of media and were invited to a lot of Oil and Gas Conferences including those sponsored by the UN on Climate Warming issues.
The only people to make $ were the early shareholders ie. like the first 2 wks. and the company officers who made sure to write themselves huge consulting checks from Debenture $. I lost a SH.T POT of $ as well as many friends who I recommended the stock. . Great concept on Gas Flaring tech but basically big talkers like in Texas BIG HAT and NO RANCH !!.
Lets hope different w/Hero. I keep thinking at some point they will LET THE BULL RUN. The problem is that if I sell early the next day it runs. So I am stuck as well as others.

Obviously shareholders have no value . Most CEO's will do whatever it takes to increase value and keep the stock PPS active and interesting to potential traders.
Our last run was 14 months ago and that was to only .07 and I was the trade that made that happen !!

If you look at the website, under “Our Team”, it shows 9 people with photos that could be considered employees or contract workers along with an attorney and Destiny. Someone is very busy posting on X every day, unfortunately not about HENC. Sure wish they would speak to the company. Don’t get it. Dark Alpha responded to my post regarding this issue asking if I knew or thought who our broader audience might be. Post 25621. Not sue a broader audience gives a damn about a company that has nothing to offer or share about itself.

Seems as though everyone is in winter hibernation. Mgt. has got to move the needle. Mgt. is not listening and it seems as though they do not care about shareholder equity or public company responsibilities. Yes, SEC reports completed but otherwise no interest in the PPS. As long as mgt. is paid ie. has a monthly auto draw w/o being tied to performance, we are screwed. Make the pay ZERO and the PPS will rise tomorrow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Serious PISSING CONTEST going here !! However, I feel your pain and understand your frustration. Thank God that I am not sitting on millions of shares at at your elevated levels !!!. No revenue after a few yrs. is not acceptable in any way shape or form. The HERO would have been better off 3 yrs. ago to do the Berkshire ( Warren B ) approach of investing. Act like a holding co. Buy shares of good companies who pay a dividend ( even small share holdings ie. like 100 shares here and there ) but hold collect dividends . Let others manage the companies but tell them that you expect a check in the mail every mo. or quarterly. Has worked well for Warren.

This AM we looked as though we would move out of the .01 death trap.
Since I have been here for 33 months, I assumed that another run was around the corner to at least to the prior .31 level but oh no.
I can tell from your writing style that you are a very good writer and most likely a thinker. Only a few of us post on the BB. The others are most likely too depressed to get involved w/ their theories or positive ideas.
I like you do not care who wins the PISSING CONTEST , I just want to make a profit and move on but the HOSE PIPE is not acceptable. The most
positive thing that I can say abut the HERO is that our SEC filings are current . A great value. Some pennies are yrs. behind and cost a fortune to bring current.
If investors saw that we were a serious HOLDING COMPANY w/ growth and dividends then the #'s would flow like a river to the HERO .

There is no arrogance here and pot was not my first choice. Did you notice who was CEO of HENC when it was a cannabis company? Not me.

Well if the arrogance that has ruined any chance of this thing being viable doesn't rear it's head for all to see. When it comes to credibility, I'd caution you in that arena to check your backyard first. When in reality, Hero's "lack of results" is at best laughable. And, sir, to be honest I was attempting to calm the people consistently calling you out thinking that using some some silly message board to try and get you to change a single thing is even possible. Apparently, based on your egotistical response, that shouldn't have been my approach. This just sums up why you are where you are from a profit perspective. Or, lack thereof. You want the real details, here they are. I've been around for way longer than you have. I was an employee of Holloman Energy and started buying up shares because it was at $.50 and I thought I'd take a gamble. I even continued grabbing them until earlier this year. I recently found this board which is the reason why I "just" created an account. Not everyone has the time to mess with your inability to produce one single thing that generates revenue. Your assumptions based on when an account was created is indicative of behaviors that led us all to think pot was a good idea, diluting shares by just handing them out since you aren't making money was a good idea for shareholders, creating a website that says you do things when in reality you don't is a good approach etc. Again, I wish you the best. I hate to say it but, you all are fighting a losing battle here trying to get who I assume is Destiny to commit to anything on this site. Hero is like your underachieving kid that you still love and can't let go but you are disgusted with their respective behavior. I, like most of you, hold way too many shares(in the millions). I've been around holding positions from the Holloman Energy days. It's been a painful ride. I was too passive and should have exited before it went completely in the toilet where it's at today.

They aren't going to change their plan and/or approach based on what any of us say on a website. It's unfortunate that we are all upside down but, since I'm too committed, I just have to be along for the ride and hope for the best. I can exit now, and have a huge loss. So our communications may be aimed at shareholders, but sometimes, maybe most of the time, our communication encompasses other audiences, beyond shareholders. We are all UPSIDE DOWN and not for a few wks. but months and yrs. Your job is to deliver PPS value as other CEO's, etc. How would that work at Chase if Jamie Diamond said be happy w/ Chase stock if it had not increased equity value and also had not paid ! . a dividend? A Bd. of Directors not happy as well as employees and their options ( jamie's head would roll or sent out to pasture or Florida )
A boost in PPS would let vendors and investors exit and move on and not have to wait until HELL FROZE OVER !!
Maybe tomorrow will be different.
My daughter had a lemonade stand when she was 6 and made $. TWO months ago she was standing on the platform at NASDAQ in NYC when her co. went public.
We are public but not a dollar in sales or even a handshake .
