I am in the process of finalizing changes to the website and within the website will live an Investor Deck that will layout the company's direction and focus. I will admit that issuing shares is something i am not a fan of. I am fully aware of the O/S and what an acquisition with common would do to the O/S count. There are other options out there. Unfortunately, thats all i can say at this moment.
