Ok...this is what Dr. Dent is up to but I really don't think much of this at this point. It looks he might just be making sure there is a constant business on going so he has a constant income. I believe that would be great if I were 30 or even 40 years old but I'm not. I don't believe we will ever be anything close to TDOC or NEO in my lifetime.

Weo1998....I must say you could be correct. I say this as some here may have heard me talk about the patent issues I had with the website 2-3 years ago and of course in the filings. My other thoughts lead me to seeing that Dr. Dent placed the entire Woman's facility within HLYK meaning is he setting up for retirement and could just walk away from all this. It appears from talking to a few professionals that what Dr. Dent is trying to do with Medicare accounts and saving accounts are a business that is sincerely tough to gain footage/ground in since so many other are doing business and have access accounts already. One of the problems I see is the medical records (such as myself) I want to modify yet many of these organizations are slow and don't upgrade directly from the patient and the last thing your want to do is have your patients changing many things in these accounts. So one way around this (at least in my head) is
"ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE" but doubt that Dr. Dent will be able to do this without the help of "Amazon/Google" patent leasing. This is why I came up with my wild Idea about buying NeoGenomic Corporation because we need to apply the Artificial Intelligence in the area that Dr. Dent once messed with. There are Directors from NEO that are on our board so in time like fine wine but I really don't like wine.

We get what we get from Dr. Dent or pull our money and move elsewhere and it does look like Elvis left the building but again when this stock was at $1.24 from the false pump would you have loved to have bought stock at .12 a couple of years ago. So, that is why I buy this and sell it but I do this to gain more shares. My price to sell again was $1.35 but it didn't kiss that. If we reverse we reverse I hate that but what choice do we have.

Dr. Dent must come up with a different avenue involving AI but not BS that traders and Investors won't buy.

I think some deal fell apart near the end of last year. Maybe something with Athena before it was bought out.

There was just too optimism from the company in the later half of last year to not think something was in the works.

I never thought I would see the SP approaching $.10 again but without buyers here we are.

TDOC is at $28, 52 week high was $175. This could go lower, but if you look the OA market we are not alone. Interesting article,who knows but could get an updraft if happens and we may get scooped up too.

I don't disagree with anything you've said. For me, the trading tells the whole story. If there was something worth risking an investment here, there would be a line out the door and a great deal more interest here than we currently see. Look at the chart. I don't know if I've seen an uglier one. Each day we set lower lows. I guess the good news is, .01 is not that far away.

I said I would buy this all day long at .11 cents. That sentiment has changed. Now, I will wait for .01 penny. If this stock falls that low, I will find some value there. Again, what a disappointment.

The sole reason i went deep here is that Dent DID take an OTC to a high profile NAZ listed company.. It makes zero sense they have nothing at this point. Principals don't sell shares,they retire debt, have cleaned up their balance sheet,Dent has put his own cash in the company, all that is counter to the typical pump and dump OTC. Hey i'm not happy with the silence either,but it beats them singing a tune while increasing toxic debt. Lot of talent on this BOD, now show me the money!

I would say nothing is on the Healthlynk menu. One only has to watch the trading to determine that. There is little interest even here at .11 cents.

This is probably the most disappointing stock I've owned and I have traded stocks since 1992.

Sure, people will blame it on the current market , easy excuse. I can only blame myself for thinking an OTC stock can really bridge the gap to larger exchange.

There is no reason to up-list with the temperatures the world since COVID and other problems. Dr. Dent will have to continue to grow the company and save as much money along the way as possible. We have 500 million Authorized Shares and 238 million fully diluted common shares no fear for any RS. You need to be careful in these times and don't risk an up-list and not be able to maintain and continue growing the company.

I do believe Dr. Dent must come up with a better mouse trap in order to move this company in a big way. Another thought is we should be thankful that we sold all 76,000 shares of NEO stock prior the beginning of 2021. That amount of stock is now only worth $988k

Other thoughts that that could hurt since NEO stock is doing so poorly how many shares does Dr. Dent have left and if we need money where will that come from next time we need it? Dr. Dent's hands are a bit smaller with NEO stock in the bucket. Now if HLYK was sitting at 13 bucks a shares we would be on top of the world.

That answer as it relates, it says "PAH" "Patient Access Hub". The description in patent areas would bring that up so what I am saying is that project is dead however, it doesn't mean they aren't trying to patent some other idea coupled with AI in a different area but that will be titled differently when addressing the application with the USPTO and as I said over a year ago you basically have 1 year involving the provisional and then it gets bumped up so if it has moved up in that time it was most likely in file 13 however there are a few exceptions that extend that 1 year time frame.

Patents are NOT as valuable as one might thing and it is far better to license a patent in a friendly manner than to stiff arm a big player because they tend to take the little guy to court on patentability issues. Now what I'm saying now is simple and as follows. Just because a patent is issued by the USPTO does not mean it will hold up in court.

Yes if Dr. Dent can swing AI into the patient access without stepping on a big player then great but what I would do is license from someone like Google or Amazon. It is relative cheap and beats getting your teeth kicked in by larger players.

Final word on the 10K...it is exactly like I said but if you think they are worried or even thinking about that not a chance. I only said all this so no one can ever say later they didn't know about these areas but yes I'm sure in time it will be either be removed or modified lingo in a different term or name....actually I believe it must now always stay in the 10-k filings but will be updated/modified in some manner possibly change name but I must say I like the existing name.

They have really gone vanilla on outlook,clearly something went awry/delayed. That doesn't mean they won't be moving the company fwd either. Since they have egg on their face respective to uplist mentions for two consecutive Q's,perhaps silence is best until they perform.

They may be or may not be encroaching on a competitors technology or vice versa resulting in a challenge for exclusivity and we know this process can drag on for some time as we are obviously dealing in a highly competitive space but such technology if patented could be very valuable.

One of the issues which came up with the first device/version is which Dent openly discussed recently was that practices felt more comfortable working without the PAH hardware thus this prompted them release their second version last year, but they did not cease using the device due any infringement that we know of, now my further question is whether the second version of the technology is one that they are also pursuing.

They have in a past 10K filing referenced the term provisional which has since been classified as pending in their most recent 10K's.

It's hard to believe that Dent and co. would choose to leave this in a 10K if they somehow lost the rights to the technology, so we can debate what the term "pending" means in this case and that could mean one or many things but for now it is in their recent filing and so will remain optimistic that said technology is still relevant and viable toward their overall business plan.

The words in the filing are clearly USPTO and free to public access if those two so call provisional exist or should I say active. I just do not believe they are. Anyways has nothing to do with secrecy in the manner they so freely stated involving the USPTO. Now had they not stated PROVISIONAL WHICH LEADS INTO A PATENT which protects them provide they are themselves are not encroaching which probably is the case and very well could be why we never heard anything clear to this manner plus they did bow out of actually using the PAH did they not. Look I want this company to succeed but you are talking with someone presently that knows a tad more involving applications which run a certain channel period. So I expect wording will change in their filings in the future.

...in short in all this time we would have been able to check out the frame workings that happen when building a patent it is checks and balances where HLYK does not have that involving those two so what I am saying they don't exist probably because someone else has the PAH already. where you not listening when I explain well over a year ago about this same problem and that the PAH belonged to a different company.

If they pressed this issue I pretty much will tell you (provided other players patents exist) they would have a infringing suit on them or come out with paying loyalties to another player which is really common.

The competitive and/or sensitive nature of their technology means that Mino filed the application under different rules that are not public.

They may have resubmitted the application if their tech overlapped with a competitor but some patents take years to approve.

I am surprised to see to date no application number for either pending provisional and that language appears to be smoke and mirrors. I say this due to the time given to these corporations such as HLYK to follow through within that 1 year period. It has been almost 3 years so I doubt any application was ever followed through and no doubt never a "application" was successfully granted. We would have an application number by now so Dr. Dent needs to recap and clean up this area involving "so called" Provisional Patent Application"
