The words in the filing are clearly USPTO and free to public access if those two so call provisional exist or should I say active. I just do not believe they are. Anyways has nothing to do with secrecy in the manner they so freely stated involving the USPTO. Now had they not stated PROVISIONAL WHICH LEADS INTO A PATENT which protects them provide they are themselves are not encroaching which probably is the case and very well could be why we never heard anything clear to this manner plus they did bow out of actually using the PAH did they not. Look I want this company to succeed but you are talking with someone presently that knows a tad more involving applications which run a certain channel period. So I expect wording will change in their filings in the future.

...in short in all this time we would have been able to check out the frame workings that happen when building a patent it is checks and balances where HLYK does not have that involving those two so what I am saying they don't exist probably because someone else has the PAH already. where you not listening when I explain well over a year ago about this same problem and that the PAH belonged to a different company.

If they pressed this issue I pretty much will tell you (provided other players patents exist) they would have a infringing suit on them or come out with paying loyalties to another player which is really common.

Look it is simple when HLYK first talked abut the PAH we are thinking everything that is involved in that and that is not the case. We must manufacture it or buy that or perhaps rent/lease. Next any patents in existence might challenge us in court so why use hardware right? there is more to this but I'm done arguing this point with you. You have a great weekend and enjoy family.
