I'm afraid you are sincerely correct now let me explain something a bit further referencing patents.
Our attempts to protect our intellectual property through copyright, patent, and trademark registration may be challenged by others or invalidated through administrative process or litigation.While we have submitted the application for our first two provisional patents for our PAH and intend to submit other patent applications covering our integrated technology, the scope of issued patents, if any, may be insufficient to prevent competitors from providing products and services similar to ours, our patents may be successfully challenged, and we may not be able to obtain additional meaningful patent protection in the future. There can be no assurance that our patent registration efforts will be successful.

From my tracking of the PAH as indicated above I could not find EVER any records involving the company having any patent application and of course over the past two years if we had those application on file I would have been able to tag them. I think about a year of so ago when I brought up this issue the company decided the actual PAH hardware wasn't needed and removed talk about patents filed referencing the PAH but now here we go again as you can see above. This makes me feel real uncomfortable seeing the above which now looks a tad like smoke and mirrors. Let's hope I am wrong somehow but patent and provisions patents have due dates and time limit dates (with some exceptions) but I'm pretty sure we are NOT that exception.
Also and is very true the pictured PAH hardware was NOT our product it had some other manufactures name on it. You could see the named on the back side of the hardware. In this message thread I have posted about this in the past so the true is...seeing is believing. Maybe the company might wish to make comment about what is really the truth about those so called patents like give us the application numbers. Better yet make it legal in a filing like other corporations do or at least list them on you website.
