OK, in 2019 HLYK Claimed as follows.

After 1.5 years of direct sales efforts, during the fourth quarter of 2018, we decided to eliminate the entire direct sales force after developing a more efficient and effective strategy for onboarding new in-network providers which eliminating $650,000 of annual cost. During the second quarter of 2019 we are planning to deploy our Patient Access Hub ‘PAH”(provisional patent pending) providing free Wi-Fi to the practice patients at no cost to our in-network physicians. Physician members will receive patient analytics from the PAH and we anticipate by the fourth quarter of 2019 we will be attracting 1,000 physicians and 300,000 patients per quarter utilizing the patient access hub.

I am surprised to see to date no application number for either pending provisional and that language appears to be smoke and mirrors. I say this due to the time given to these corporations such as HLYK to follow through within that 1 year period. It has been almost 3 years so I doubt any application was ever followed through and no doubt never a "application" was successfully granted. We would have an application number by now so Dr. Dent needs to recap and clean up this area involving "so called" Provisional Patent Application"

Now to be a smart a$$ I can start the process above then drop the ball and always state PENDING. I hate calling out Dr. Dent on this but we really need to know the truth.
