LOL!! Is it really possible to order too much wine?
I wonder if this would be good. I happen to have some walnut pieces in the freezer, and some grape tomatoes.

Sad to say, it won't let me copy the photo in any way I can think of.
My favorite memory of Venice was ordering too much wine then trying to use it on the patrons of the restaurants. We got it back three fold and wound up spending the whole day there.
Unless your bogie and bergman
One was an open cafeteria style and one a sit down to eat. They know how to dine. Folded was lunch and sitting was dinner
I think calling everything a "joint" is something from the pretty faraway past now.
Don't forget: I, like millions and millions of other people, also lived in NYC. And went to grad school there.
I really wasn't paying attention. I know where to find good pizza slices in NYC for far less money.
On another note there is a restaurant that was down in the Village that had the best Sangria in the world and Hemingway frequented the joint.
Joint is a colloquial expression when referring to eateries and bars in NYC.
That post was all about your "NYC pizza joint" said to be the third-best in the world.
Would I rather be in Napoli? Or on the nearby Sorrento coast? You have no idea.
Don't forget to write.
That depends on whether you buy and eat it on the street, or sit down. I recommend sitting. I don't like eating while walking.
Have had pizza in Naples two different ways. Folded like a sandwich and using a knife and fork. Both were great.
It's not exactly an "NYC pizza joint". You'll get Neapolitan pizza there--unsurprisingly, given the name--and it will cost you $25 per individual pizza. They look good, though.

You'll need reservations; they don't take walk-ins. And I see they don't do gluten-free, for which I applaud them.

A little too much crust on this one:
The only thing that counts is a NYC pizza joint finished 3rd. Italy is not on my to visit list.
While you're there......
1 large thin crush with ham and pineapple please.
Well hey. I see that 41 of them are in Italy. And many of them are in or near Napoli and Caserta.
As it should be. Go to Naples. Have a pizza. You'll understand what I mean.

Thank God the first 2 are in Italy or we'd never hear the end of it from Janice.

Culinary Masters 202
Like the Chicago pizza people do
Let the pizza wars begin. NYC pizza rules. Chicago pizza sucks.
In NYC it's kosher pickles with the sandwich.
I haven't read it yet. I was in the city all weekend.
Makes💖a great present for someone special though. Like the Chicago pizza people do
I know. Delivery is expensive, though.
They are online and deliver almost anywhere
Lucky you! No good pastrami near me.
I don't go Tony often...but when I do. It's bens for pastrami and garlic pickles!
Good pastrami is hard to beat.
Next time, you can take him to this restaurant in Narbonne. But you need to reserve far in advance. Nobody commented when I posted it, and it looks just fabulous:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=174191241
You can still buy a slice of cheese pizza for .99 cents. Only in the city do they know how to cook a pizza, fold it in half and the olive oil still runs.
But Rays is still the best with sausage and pepperoni and extra cheese.
Went to NYC over the weekend and my son is now addicted to a pastrami on jewish rye with mustard.
They literally melt in your mouth they are so damn good.

I think this restaurant would be worth a trip to Narbonne...
The Hottest Restaurant in France Is an All-You-Can-Eat Buffet
Les Grands Buffets features a seven-tiered lobster tower, a chocolate fountain, and only what it considers traditional French food. Gourmands are willing to wait months for a table.

For some reason it won't let me load any photos, but it's a very interesting, and mouth-watering, article.
Seems like it
Flows well
Nah, I used my electric tater peeler then shredded the taters in the food processor, very easy.
This process
Must be invigorating
Yet
Contemplating
Well, I made it but altered a bit and need to add more next time. I used 3 taters and 4 eggs, I added some sauteed onions (more next time) and should have used some seasoning in the taters but the guys loved it got the thumbs up. I used the 10 fry pan lid to flip the taters over. The lid I used didn't have a lip so you may want to use a cutting board or something. I didn't use the parsley or chili pepper.
It wouldn't let me post the video so just click on the "insert text here" it the previous post.
EDIT: Hey figured out how to post link to video, Shredded tater and egg fry
Potatoes 3pcs (~300g)
Parsley (didn't use)
3 eggs (used 4)
Chili pepper flakes, Black pepper (didn't use)
Rice flour 2 tbsp (I used about 4 tbsp of reg flour)
salt 1 tsp
vegetable oil
Cheese ~150g (didn't measure, just hand sprinkled a bunch of shredded motz)
Peel and shred taters and soak in bowl of water
Beat 3 eggs and add parley, stir all
Drain shredded taters and coat with flour
Add egg mix to shredded taters, mix well
Add veg oil to fry pan and add ½ of tater mixture
Add cheese on top
Add the other ½ of tater mixture
Cover and cook over medium low heat 10 – 15 minutes
Flip the taters over using a cutting board or something
Add a little more oil and add the taters back, uncooked side down
Cover and cook about 7 minutes
There is a consciousness epidemic
That prevents reality
From being known
As far as the upcoming eclipse
Be aware
the biggest plus as far as i am concerned with french cooking is there is a calmness and no rush to the preparation and consumption. I for one am tired of the mcdonalds approach to everyday living. Simply put , we have more time than we allow ourselves to enjoy life. Lets stop and use it better.
There will be no such thing
As everyday cooking
When the French
Invade cooking
Reality invites
Real French onion soup has a l w a y s been a favorite
They do look good, don't they?
That's a great list of French recipes! The French Onion Baked Brie looks amazing!! 😋😋😋
Thank you
Awesome project
May the force
Be with you
Do these look pretty or what, mmm mmm Gonna try it one of these days. One thing I noticed in the CC is it says cut into 8 pieces but video shows 9, so will do 9 and will shape the dough like a rectangle so can get same size pieces. Typed up recipe below pic if anybody wants it.
Interesting perspective
It would probably be
