Well, I made it but altered a bit and need to add more next time. I used 3 taters and 4 eggs, I added some sauteed onions (more next time) and should have used some seasoning in the taters but the guys loved it got the thumbs up. I used the 10 fry pan lid to flip the taters over. The lid I used didn't have a lip so you may want to use a cutting board or something. I didn't use the parsley or chili pepper. Potatoes 3pcs (~300g) Parsley (didn't use) 3 eggs (used 4) Chili pepper flakes, Black pepper (didn't use) Rice flour 2 tbsp (I used about 4 tbsp of reg flour) salt 1 tsp vegetable oil Cheese ~150g (didn't measure, just hand sprinkled a bunch of shredded motz)
Peel and shred taters and soak in bowl of water Beat 3 eggs and add parley, stir all Drain shredded taters and coat with flour Add egg mix to shredded taters, mix well Add veg oil to fry pan and add ½ of tater mixture Add cheese on top Add the other ½ of tater mixture Cover and cook over medium low heat 10 – 15 minutes Flip the taters over using a cutting board or something Add a little more oil and add the taters back, uncooked side down Cover and cook about 7 minutes
