The Grifter and the Swindler have been engaging in a false narrative for years, It is how they can effectively deceive vulnerable, uneducated investors looking to strike it rich.. I’m sure many investors are excited about the $2.00 a quarter salary for both the Swindler and the Grifter, but I am of the opinion that $8.00 per year is all their worth. Given the stock has been trading in the range of 0.0002-0.0005 for the past two years, they should be paying back into the company what the took out over the past 8 years. Millions in payroll, dividends, bonuses, expenses and every other clever way their accountant has managed to keep the money out of the investors pocket. Money that should have been spent on product development. Two huge elections cycles have fallen by the wayside, and now 2024 elections are lost as well. P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C

Tread lightly here people. Force these two knuckleheads to re-earn your trust. For the past 8 years, they did everything humanly possible to give us pause, question their honesty and ethics, and whether they had the fortitude and gumption to take this company across the finish line. There is an outside chance that they have learned from the error of their ways, but I would caution you to not reward them with your full throated support just yet. Buying up millions of shares and in effect, parking your capital in a stock that will likely teeter back and forth between 0.0002- 0.0005 for another 8 years is a frustrating waste of time and money. Again, let them show you results not tell you about their plans for results. We have all been down that road before, And, as WhiteShep would always say - All IMHO.

To be clear. I understand deal is only in Letter of Intent stage. Having been here, I know a lot can change from that point but it looks to be a 5.5 mil deal. Just not sure where ownership of that cash would end up. Was never in the holding co business and GES is JM family run forever

This stands out. Anyone explain? GES is subsidiary of GAHC and has the ownership in Truevote. The way I read it, a Canadian co will now own GES and Truevote deal?? Don't understand enough to know how that affects GAHC and shareholders if deal goes through.
Isn't GES only thing bringing in revenue currently?

Now, it will be up to the SEC to look under their fingernails to see their wrongdoings. Every crook slips up somewhere along the line. If the SEC decides to make an example of these two clowns, their efforts will not be wasted, and, at the same time, send a message to other penny companies to play by the RULES OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCES. I was a little more invested in OTC a dozen or so years ago. Now just have a couple lottery tickets here and always like to watch my money is all.

They have until Jan 17th to make a substantial enough filing to avoid Expert Market as I understand it. No more public quotes if downgraded. Once there hard to recover it seems. Might be on purpose to go private with new app? Expensive to do all it takes to be a Pubco these days with filings, attorrneys, etc,

Good research Boxer. You are filling a much needed void since WhiteShep has left the building. I will continue to offer up honesty and humor, but when it comes to tracking data, fact finding, news and rumors- I will leave that to the serious day traders and people who enjoy that more than I do.

Was looking up something else on OTC Mkts and typed in GAHC. At some point looks they have entered the 15 day grace period clock. If they don't do the minimum to at least meet rule 15c2-11 requirements in that time, it's into the Expert Market cemetery for them

Maybe yesterday’s artificial crypto bump can lend some clarity to the debate. Bitcoin jumped up a few thousand dollars on a fake tweet, and still the stock didn’t budge. Yeah, I think you are being way too kind to this guy. He has behaved recklessly on this site since he jumped on. His heart may be in the right place, but his head is in his seat. This guy has missed the mark every single time. If you are wrong once in a while, you get a pass. When you are wrong all of the time, you lose credibility.
This crypto connection has no bearing whatsoever on this stock Maybe years ago, when investors believed in what John Matthews was selling, but not any longer. He too has lost all of his credibility. The only reason I hold on is for the same reason people buy lottery tickets. They dream of one day hitting all of the numbers. Since I don’t buy lotttery tickets. I will hold until there no longer is a company.

By the way- Does GES or GAHC have a website anymore? Are these guys even conducting business still? We are coming up on 9 months, and the Swindler has still remained silent. What a quality guy, huh?

Spikes were from the supposedly locked up Blockchain voting patents that blew away with Nick Spanos deal. Others were quick pump and dumps by groups that were good at it. In and out in couple days then back to cellar for GAHC. They put it into highest highs I believe and moved on to next one. Made some $ wish they'd come back
