I was a little more invested in OTC a dozen or so years ago. Now just have a couple lottery tickets here and always like to watch my money is all.

They have until Jan 17th to make a substantial enough filing to avoid Expert Market as I understand it. No more public quotes if downgraded. Once there hard to recover it seems. Might be on purpose to go private with new app? Expensive to do all it takes to be a Pubco these days with filings, attorrneys, etc,
