Option 1: Mathews goes to prison for 7 years - Vote 1 for yay and 2 for nay

Option 2: Mathews mortgages his home to pay back investors he stole from- Vote 1 for yay and 2 for nay

Option 3: Mathews is stripped of all licensing to trade, buy or sell stock for 7 years. Vote 1 for yay and 2 for nay

Option 4: Mathews does 7 years of community service in and around impoverished communities. Vote 1 for yay and 2 for nay
