Now, it will be up to the SEC to look under their fingernails to see their wrongdoings. Every crook slips up somewhere along the line. If the SEC decides to make an example of these two clowns, their efforts will not be wasted, and, at the same time, send a message to other penny companies to play by the RULES OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCES. Intentionally misleading investors is no different than stealing. Matthews and Weisbeck have done just that. ; they have cheated the system for their gain. The boxer has it right - They will probably default on reporting and be removed from the pinks or something more nefarious that will turn a negative into a positive for themselves.
