The news $DANR is spread from the same $ISBG twitter account:

Agreed, they have way too many pending suits, but their (MCIG) problems is a little deeper since the company is who was issuing misleading “all is well” PR’s when their counterpart (FarmOn!) had already terminated their contract and proceeded to file suit.
I don’t think their association with OMHE is helpful at this time after yesterday’s PnD stunt.
Have a feeling MCIG is about to go the same route especially with all the law suits found and the documented dead hemp crop.
The below post is proof a pump is coming to MCIG.

The delusions run deep LOL...
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=148474942
I have a feeling we’ll read a few more of these fantasies — particularly from folks that bought the top LOL.
If only OTC Markets would do that to every company promoted by a fake PR.
But on the other hand, clearly it isn't always--probably isn't even usually--the fault of the company. That creates a dilemma. One that could, of course, be resolved by regulatory action.
OMHE and DANR bogus merger frauds got Caveat Emptors
https://www.otcmarkets.com/market-activity/compliance-statistics#caveat-emptor
It would be up to the SEC to implement regulations concerning fake press releases. As it has been pointed out, the SEC at present doesn't appear to be devoting much attention to this practice. It's a matter of what the commissioners currently think is important when it comes to protecting the main street investor. Since the SEC doesn't appear to be devoting any attention to this practice of fake news the perps figure it's easy, fast money. Sadly, it really is easy to pull off.
I would. What would be the point of trying to destroy the OTC? What would the fake PR people gain from that?
I wouldn't rule it out.
I really don't think so. It's being done by people who want to make a quick buck.
Ever think these fake releases can be from someone who wants damage the OTC market? There are many who would like to see it's demise.
This means it’s going much higher
First they would have to supply an audited 10-K to become current? Doubt it will happen!
Well, players should remember that SIML has a history of doing big reverse splits.
Yep..looks like another MJ to-good-to-be-true fake merger and front load to me? LOL.
That's really blatant. And it's also cheap. They can hawk their merger rumor all over the internet at no cost to them, and at very little risk of exposing their real identities.
The fact that anyone would still be enthusiastic about SIML speaks volumes...
Bogus Merger pumps - undergroundstocks.com has started a new stock manipulation scheme where he and his buddies front load stocks then use bogus merger rumors to manipulate the share price so they can sell for profits (a stock manipulation/stock scalping scheme)
They did it with DANR (a dead/long abandoned entity that got manipulated with a fake PR and fake twitter page in the past) front loading the stock on Wednesday then putting out two separate bogus merger rumors on Thursday.
https://seekingalpha.com/instablog/50056712-underground_stocks/5296762-danr-dana-resources-potential-merger-ahead
http://www.ktvn.com/story/40367592/danr-dana-resources-potential-merger-ahead
And then they front loaded OMHE yesterday and put out a bogus merger rumor article to manipulate that stock today
https://undergroundstocks.com/ugs-news-wire/f/omhe—omni-health-inc-possible-reverse-merger-with-lx-retail
but, but, but Some morons on the SIML board claim the OTCM is a regulator LOL. Same ones who think you're a paid basher? Shocking!

Before social media printed materials were the only source for the dissemination of what is now called fake news.
The anti vaccine movement in the US is an example of how fake news manages to gain a foothold in US culture. The doctor who published findings about vaccines causing autism was eventually debunked on a purely scientific basis.
As it has been said on the stock market chat forums: why allow facts to get in the way of a good story.
True. Hence the sheeple syndrome lol. As well as the hard headed, closed minded mentality which don't help lol. Oh then overall stupidity and/or lacking of common sense don't help either lol. Why forums like this are very useful but unfortunately many just don't know of it.
It's a sad thing with society in general nowadays though when even hard facts aren't accepted. Facts just aren't facts lol. Not just here with people in OTCland. So that quote rings very true indeed. Especially in politics lol.
But when our society questions even hard facts in ones face then there us definitely a bigger problem brewing. Is brewing? Thanks social media and internet and fake news lol
Ah. Thanks for the intel.
Just nuts
I get what you're saying about penny stock investing. But there will always be a percentage who will believe whatever a fake PR says even after it has been proven it was fake.
Maybe James Randi said it best.
There exists in society a very special class of persons that are always referred to as the Believers. These are folks who have chosen to accept a certain religion, philosophy, theory, idea or notion and cling to that belief regardless of any evidence that might, for anyone else, bring it into doubt. They are the ones who encourage and support the fanatics and the frauds of any given age. No amount of evidence, no matter how strong, will bring them any enlightenment. --James Randi
They say they do work with the regulators. To what extent, I'm not sure.
But the fake PRs don't first appear at OTC Markets. Most are disseminated by Global Newswire. A few of the fakes were disseminated by other newswires, but the number is fairly insignificant.
Well figure they could at least work better with regulators then to somehow try to curb it at least geez crazy stuff.
At the least have a better authorization process in place for PRs that do hit their website lol. But wow just a mess overall. Absurd amounts of fakeness. Almost mindboggling. Then toss in the scamming companies on top and wallah ders the cesspool. Giving other companies and Otc a bad rep. Gee wonder why lofl. Definitely have to navigate veryyyy carefully when buying OTCs that's for sure. Unless 1 is just a aimless trader that don't care about any of this lol. Yah no. Proper DD and overall knowledge helps or 1 will get broke off believing everything they read.
OTCMarkets is not a regulator. They have ZERO authority over trading. They are just a paid stock promotions company - nothing more. Their "market tiers" are something they made up in order to charge companies for the invented cache of their made up markets. It doesn't matter if a company pays OTCMarkets to be included in one of their invented "tiers" - those stocks trade exactly the same as any other OTC company that doesn't pay them a penny. But they are a private business. They have shown themselves to be very reluctant to offend their paying customers, many of which are obvious and outright frauds.
FINRA, who is an actual regulator, is in day to day charge of the OTC and enforce the regulations as written by the SEC. I agree that the SEC, as granted by Congress, should prevent revoked entities from trading publicly as those companies do not legally exist. Maybe that will happen some day, but that by itself won't stop the fake PRs and other kinds of securities fraud in the penny stock market.
They can't stop anything from trading. They're not a regulator. The SEC could do that, if Congress would let it. FINRA could delete dormant tickers, but even an initiative like that could run into problems.
True. But they could be more proactive somehow lol. Maybe stopping these state revoked entities from trading or companies they can't get in touch with over soo much time would be a start. I dunno just thinking out loud lol. Maybe not letting certain PR outfits whom don't follow certain authorization protocols have their PRs show under otcmarkets website. Would be a start.
But Otcmarkets should do something about these things too as well aa Sec and Finra.
OTC Markets isn't a regulator. There's a limit to what it can do about anything.
Ah right on well that sounds like no easy task so GG on it all. Much thanks for providing a great service to everyone in this arena. Opening peoples eyes is key. Rooting out bs is key. Even if it helps 1 it's worth it as they say! Let alone helping many! Teaching others and saving people from losing dont know which is better. But everyone who plays OTCs should follow you here or on your site far as I'm concerned. A must in 1s toolchest to navigate in this arena imo. I mean if you play a pos trip 0 or any stock for that matter it would be stupid not to know and follow lol. I appreciate your site as well. Good stuff indeed. Like the content. Especially your articles/blog. Haven't signed up to it yet but am going to.
But yes disgusting stuff. Um seems pretty logical to have a better verification process in place before a PR even is released out here? Pathetic indeed. I mean it may just come down to weeding out non-active companies after say so many years, not just few here and there like they do. But Otcmarkets should do something about these things too as well aa Sec and Finra. Without hurting the real companies out here trying to make it in the process somehow lol.
Even though I don't personally trade, since I'm part of a stock research/stock trading website at https://otcmarketresearch.com, I do follow the stock market on a daily basis which includes following a stream for all new press releases.
I read the press releases and study the companies named in the press releases so that I can share information with the traders at https://otcmarketresearch.com.
It is usually really easy to spot a fake press release. I talk a bit about how to recognize a fake press release in the following blog post:
https://otcmarketresearch.com/the-wild-west-of-penny-stocks-fake-stuff-everywhere/
There was quite a bit of work involved when I first created the Fake Press Release IHUB forum, but updating the info in the ibox and the above linked blog post as new fakes show up isn't too difficult.
It's turned into a pretty massive library of information.
It's just extremely disappointing that the SEC has moved so slowly dealing with this horrible problem. It's to the point of down right embarrassing. Pathetic is another word that comes to mind.
Sick. Sick mofos.
How did you or do you find all these if you don't mind me asking? Besides seeing disregard PRs hit? TIA
Brazen idiots. Ya see this is what just gets me boiling. Not only are they fake and illegal but they again obviously hurt retail investors out here. As well as give otcmarkets and other companies a bad rep. Pisses me off. Meanwhile other companies with fake news from the companies themselves get away with it more often than not lol unreal. I mean heck back in the day we would get burnt from bogus prs from companies that turned out to be bs themselves but never straight up fake prs from other actors outside the company. Crazy times.
I question whether or not its people from the states doing this or out the country stuff. IF scuzballs in the U.S. stupid enough to do it I'm sure they are easily spotted on a trade log or bluesheets. Obviously the 1s putting them out own the stocks prior to. Or their cohorts obviously. Fricken sick stuff. Karma. Burn.
Bet could even check to see who the posters were here on the boards and check twitter before they came out too to get an idea. See if any links. I see a few pumper types out here on twitter were/are doing this type of thing. Being as though they were on them before fake stuff hit calling for news etc. Blatantly stupid greed. And then play off wasnt their bad after the fakeness comes to light. I block all those trip 0 players and actors that pump known junk plays. Easy to see them out here. 1 has hugeee following and private chat rooms which they prolly sit there coordinating their schemes. Frontloading on multi fake plays by certain people would give it away I'd say. Only prob is they move on to other trip 0s and other sub penny plays quickly so they can try to cover their paths as fast as possible to the publics eye. Sick puppies.
What a great board you have here. Glad to find it. Thanks for putting in work to try and help clean the muck and make it a better environment for us traders here. To open eyes!!! Fricken amazing and sickening the amount of fake bs around nowadays. Hurting investors and other real companies trying to make it too. Thanks to people like you for exposing and trying to help the lil guy to see through the bs vs learning the hard way as many of us have in the past. Gotta tread carefully or be tread on as we know. Thanks. Boardmarked.
I been trying to track bs stuff too but heck can turn into full time gig lol. Guess anything from others can help the cause though even if help just 1 person. Anyways keep up the great work for everyones sake!
CCTL news today was fake too it can still be seen at the following link
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/coin-citadel-receives-purchase-order-144843782.html
Notice to disregard hit right after the close
http://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/04/24/1809160/0/en/NOTICE-TO-DISREGARD-Coin-Citadel.html
CCTL was one that had the OTC Balla group involved ahead of the fake PR
The PR also mentioned CRWG
Nah. Not even close. The DOJ may not get involved at all. It's likely most or all of the people involved are out of the country. They may never be caught. But it should be possible to find a way to stop them.
for every additional case the longer they rot in prison. life sentences to be handed out
it's been going on for a year and a half. Should have been dealt with long ago.
this spectacle will come to an end soon enough
I'd say: What's wrong with the SEC? This behavior is so blatant the crooks shouldn't be all that hard to identify.
so pathetic
TGRO with fake news today
