To whom it may concern:

Cirque Energy currently has no employees and is not a going business concern with any current or anticipated future activities. Cirque Energy does not have any social media accounts (ie Twitter or other) nor has Cirque Energy ever used social media. Any reported Twitter communications from Cirque Energy are a hoax. Furthermore, the purported email from Cirque IR published on at least one stock bulletin board yesterday is a hoax; Cirque IR did not send that email.

Any communications of news or official filings by Cirque Energy would only be done with SEC compliant methods.
