Biggest day traded was 1.311,344,196 shares on 4/10/25 and high of day was .0005.
From 4/10/25 to 4/21/25 EMED traded in the multiple hundreds of millions of shares.

I also, and many others have been scared badly and that's lesson learned as we go.
I do my DD and if I don't agree with my DD, I won't buy that company and won't post negative posts, as some do nonstop, forever, whether they're invested or not invested in that company.
I'll just move on! Time is too precious to waste!

TY for the DD. Everyone is well aware of the negatives here, but there is a LOT to like about EMED. They actually have a HQ that exists, the building is beautiful and the parking lot was full (according to Google Maps 2024). They have an up to date and modern website that you can order actual products from, and every number I called off their voice prompts is functioning, with the majority of them either having a live person pick up immediately, or, receiving a call back after leaving a vmail. That puts them waaaaay ahead of 99% of the companies you'll find in these parts.
For those reasons, the dilution (if it is dilution) doesn't concern as much because it appears as though they are actually using it to fund an ongoing project and to grow their company.
-This is all my opinion. I've been crushed in the OTC before, and bare many scars over many years. There's no such thing as a sure thing, but I'm willing to take the risk here. But I do always warn people, don't chase the diamonds you can't see and don't over extend yourself, and take every opportunity you get to "play with the houses money." You'll never go broke by breaking even, and it's a lot better to say "I could have been rich" rather than "I used to have money".

I've added more today, averaging down! Even though I'm down on my EMED investment right now and not too happy, that's the way all/most stocks go, but I'm patient.
My compelling reason / explanation is that someone has to pay for the new device being completed in this video, and also someone has to pay for the filings.
