COSOL Sees U.S. market as key growth driver

COSOL Limited Managing Director Scott McGowan talked with Proactive at AIM's Small and Midcap Conference about the company’s role in driving operational efficiency across asset-intensive industries. COSOL Limited works with organisations in mining, oil and gas, utilities, and public infrastructure to enhance the performance of their physical assets. Even a 2–3% improvement, McGowan said, “makes a significant difference to their bottom line.” COSOL has grown revenue from AUD 30 million to over AUD 110 million since listing. It is now targeting organic growth in the mid-teens and exploring earnings-accretive acquisitions. CleanSpace eyes 30% growth, EBITDA breakeven

CleanSpace Holdings Ltd CEO Gabrielle O’Carroll talked with Proactive about AIM's Small and Midcap Conference about the company’s growth trajectory and product innovation in powered air purifying respirators (PAPRs). CleanSpace was founded in 2009, based on an innovation developed during the SARS epidemic. The company's differentiator is its lightweight, head-mounted respirators that contrast with the bulkier waist-mounted models commonly available in the industrial market. “We are steadily approaching that breakeven EBITDA, profitable EBITDA position, which is our goal,” O’Carroll said. O’Carroll explained that CleanSpace's respirators are well suited for industrial sectors like mining, infrastructure, and petrochemicals. The products are marketed in key regions including the United States, Western Europe, and Australia. The company has 52 employees and recorded AU$9.2 million in revenue in the first half, up 26% year-over-year. CleanSpace is targeting annual revenue growth of 25–30% and expects to achieve positive EBITDA soon. Actinogen targets $20B Alzheimer’s market with Xanamem

Actinogen Medical Ltd Managing Director and CEO Dr Stephen Gourlay talked with Proactive at the AIM's Small and Midcap conference about the company’s lead asset, Xanamem, and its development in Alzheimer’s disease and depression. Dr Gourlay explained that Xanamem is an oral, once-a-day drug designed to modulate cortisol levels in the brain without interfering with the body’s essential stress response. “We’ve also shown some positive data, you know, phase two and depression as well, which is very exciting because that validates its mechanism,” he said. He outlined the commercial opportunity in both Alzheimer’s and depression. While depression is more prevalent, the Alzheimer's market offers larger potential revenue. He noted that current treatments either have side effects or provide only temporary cognitive improvement, whereas Xanamem could modify the disease course with a better safety profile. Dr Gourlay discussed Actinogen’s recent momentum, including positive results in a depression trial, a number of peer-reviewed publications, and the upcoming interim analysis from its Alzheimer’s trial in Australia and the US. Gunnison Copper advances Johnson Camp Mine construction, on track for Cathode Production in Q3 2025

Gunnison Copper SVP- Operations Robert Winton joined Steve Darling from Proactive to provide an update on the ongoing construction progress at the fully permitted Johnson Camp Mine in southeast Arizona. Speaking with Proactive, Winton confirmed that construction activities are on schedule, with the company expecting to produce copper cathode by Q3 2025. Mining of mineralized material officially began in January 2025, and the extracted material is currently being stockpiled in preparation for the completion of the leach pad. The Phase-1 leach pad has been successfully completed, while Phase-2 is advancing rapidly. Once Phase-2 is in place, the company will begin installing Nuton’s advanced processing equipment, a key step toward optimizing sulfide and oxide mineralized material processing. Gunnison Copper has also completed the redesign and construction of a state-of-the-art laboratory for on-site material and process analysis. The lab is set to begin ramping up in April 2025 and will be fully commissioned once leach pad production is underway. Additionally, the company’s HR team is making significant strides in building a strong workforce, with an emphasis on local hiring.
