Folks I bought $BABL last week and it is screaming today.

Made my first buy of $RVVTF a Covid19 drug trial bet an hour ago, It is, I think a solid low risk mega high reward COVID19 drug play, with drugs approved and in Use in Korea and Japan for RA, that may soon have approvals for use with CODID19 as well.

Keep in Mind Remdesivir (Gilead) is also an RA drug being used widely in the US now for CODID19 patients. Gilead has 100times the MC of RVVTF. This has nuclear price explosion news potential.

NDTP is also a super strong buy, 100 bagger upside any day, waiting for the mother of all SEC filings, an SEC S-1/1-A filing with the entire Biotech R/M Public birth of private Biotech.

So assume the OS goes from 450,000 to 4,500,000 shhares, a 10X increase.

Well that is the issue here. How do you know?
The A/S is over a billion shares.

I believe you on the tech. You are the expert.

Set an alert to watch for an SEC filing on NDTP. When it drops it will be SEC current, and you can buy it, as it will likely uplist to NYSE over night. Right now it has 15-12g non reporting CE-Caveat Emptor block unless you have a Penny stock broker in the US like CSchwab.

Many of us has target estimates of 100 to 300 $$ the first year that filing drops as the float is only 290,000 shares and the OS is only 450,000 with no debt and no new retail shares possible.

Best pick I have found in 40 years.

$NDTP , we know from the shareholder letter, the Nevada SOS updates, 12 years of fees paid to the Nevada SOS and the company naming Hovis the CEO/Director in Late May, and from the OTCmarkets updates who the CEO is, James Hovis, the same person Running CCA, LLC and the attorney doing the SEC package, S-1/1-A, and all of those tell us the Private Biotech CCA, LLC is merging with the old Milv (now known as NDTP ) shell, already renamed NDTP for Nano Delivery Technology Pharmaceuticals Inc.

We know who the founders (2013), founding shareholders of CCA, LLC are, we know they are and have been Building a Billion dollar Biotech, and we know they have been been partnered with the University of Pennsylvania's Medical University Research Hospital's Traumatic Brain Injury teams and they have been successfully testing the soon to be NDTP, BBB-Blood Brain Barrier crossing nano-particle complex (liposome tech) oral IV drink line capable non drug technology that could hit the streets running as drink line, meaning almost immediate revenue.

And Licensing to big Biotechs for use to carry Rx drugs, already approved, for delivery to the brain.....

The float is only 290,000 shares. At $3/share that is $870,000 float,

The news I expect to see will reveal a billion dollar Biotech and billion dollar drink line IMHO.

Going from $870,000 to 1 Billion dollars is a 1000X jump! That means $3/share could see $3000/share.

But we also know the CCA, LLC folks will get shares, and any cash raised (If not already done with CCA, LLC shares ) will add to the OS.

So assume the OS goes from 450,000 to 4,500,000 shhares, a 10X increase.

Then $3000/share becomes a $300/share potential price target

Massive upside potential, and almost zero down side potential.

The stock already traded at $10 to $10.60/share twice.

$MILV is now $NDTP and is now Penny Stock exempt per OTC. I saw signs the Website was being worked on, and it starts to trade as $NDTP on Monday morning.

Last trade was an 11 year high Friday, at $10.60/share

I also had a painful experience. I had Nasdaq put options that expired March 6. I could see the Corona mess coming since late January.

Nothing could kill the market. And I knew I was being squeezed. But when the market ended green after a profit warning from Apple, in late february, I just had to give up. It was the right decision.

One day later Goldman Sachs comes out with a statement saying the corona virus could be a problem. Geez... what a surprise. And now the markets can go down suddenly. Followed by many deaths in Italy the following day, so the markets worldwide collapse, well before March 6.

Ugh. And the lies from Trump and all those other idiots, that kept the market high. Yuck.

Anyway, get yourself a position in HERB. All we need is one announcement. I just can't tell you when.

When GE bought Alstom Power they slow-fucked-MVTG and never honored the Alstom Power agreement that MVTG had with Alstom Power.

GE was already broke, and killed MVTG and it's Tech/patents to protect what was left of GE's dying Fossil Fuel business.

Had GE not bought Alstom Power I would have made millions of $$$s of MVTG.

MVTG was taken over by Spectrum and 3 white collar crooks the SEC is investigating. Spectrum finished off killing MVTG. but MVTG Mantra Energy and its patents went private out the back door and has been dark ever since.

Long story. I was up $500,000 on MVTG Summer of 2014 in paper gains.

The case,

1) Yes, they should be sitting on $700M+ in cash
2) 83% owned by the Gansu provincial government, so a CEO rip-off is not going to happen
3) It's a non-reporting Chinese pinky but I'm expecting either a merger with the sister company in Shanghai, a buyout or going private offer, or even a huge dividend if the state needs money due to Corona.

That is all. You just need a very small position for an exceptional ROI.

As far as "what CEO has deferred salary, I dont know about deferred but the "big 3" at ValueSetters (VSTR) have only taken stock for pay and zero dollars. At all. Ever. Ecomike, I know you're familiar with VSTR from a conversation you had a long time ago. As you may know, the new management has been in for 2 years. Previous leadership at VSTR was awful at best and crooked at worst. The company is 100% changed now, and I've owned it for about a year. It went up and came all the way back down, but I'm a big believer in their business model and their future.

Generex Biotechnology Investing DD 2020

1) The CEO Joe Moscato is a marketing guy and he knows how to get everyone to see the big picture and to take long term views. Even if it means taking less pay now for rewards later. Including himself. No big fat salary for Joe now. In fact he has pretty much deferred any salary. What CEO does that?

2) GNBT filed an S-1 registration with the SEC with the future plans all noted. When the S-1 gets approved they have financing approved for a minimum of $40M to be used if needed. Think of it as a line of credit. The S-1 could be approved ANY day.

3) The financing allows them to purchase a majority interest privately held company named Altucell who may have a treatment which may cure Type 1 Diabetes. This companies research is fairly advanced and additional trials are about ready to go once funding arrives. Why?

NGIO has the coronavirus vaccine to develop and a vaccine it is currently studying for breast cancer. Prostate research is underway as well. Other research is pending the new funding. Regarding number 4, I should have mentioned Merck. No doubt you all know about Keytruda being huge in cancer. The Generex/NGIO breast cancer study is a combo of NGIO's AE37 and Merck's Keytruda.
5) One of Generex's subs has a number of test kits for various ailments is working on a coronavirus test kit NOW.

6) Another sub, Olaregen has a wound care product being sold in the VA system and producing significant NEW revenue for Generex as of the last 3 months.

7) It was just announced two of the other subs have had a 400% increse in sales of their medical products recently

Over the next few day I will tell you about the MSO, HMO,Type 2 diabetes treatment and more.

Count yourselves lucky to be here now just before the good stuff is going to come together. Flippers will look back and regret having sold quite soon.

Yeah, definitely the first time I've done that actually. After your AIM call, I didnt even do any dd. I read your post and bought some. Didnt go in huge, based on both of the above things (up 100% for the day and no time to even dig into the company at all). If it goes up, great. If it goes down, I'll add more I think. Read a bit more on the company tonight and it seems like a great play, even after the gains.
