I am expecting an SEC 1-A underwritten offering and up list to NYSE overnight, adding $40 Mil dollars to the cash balance in the R/M and SEC going current filling process that re-registers the shares with the SEC.

Read up on Larry Kubin, Mathias (The Carlyl Group on Nasdaq) and Stuart(?) Yarbrough (CISSION just bought for Billions).
