That's the title of my sticky on the HERB message board. And that's the sticky that got us some attention lately.
HERB has a $3M market cap and is trading at 2 friggin cents.

I was inviting some big whales over the weekend and since we ran into each other lately I thought, why not visit this message board.
The case,
1) Yes, they should be sitting on $700M+ in cash
2) 83% owned by the Gansu provincial government, so a CEO rip-off is not going to happen
3) It's a non-reporting Chinese pinky but I'm expecting either a merger with the sister company in Shanghai, a buyout or going private offer, or even a huge dividend if the state needs money due to Corona.
