Yep,watching this one daily. I won't jump in until the Q2 financials are released and see how that shakes out. I still think it will drop below 1.00 pretty soon.

Definitely - let the fins get published and see how bad any remaining damage looks.

I also think it'll drop a bit more due to the big cash raise which will equate to some dilution and shorting etc.

Probably a Qtr after that - when they show a large revenue turn-around and "We are fully funded now to meet all cash flow needs" blah blah and start to turn a profit again.

Would not surprise me if they can the CEO and put a new pilot in the command seat - that will often be thee sign "The markets" are waiting for to know the Board is dead serious about a turn-around and put some well known "Big pro player name" in as CEO aka a "Turn around specialist with a proven track record" and off to the races it should go.

Watch list - but not until the dust settles. AND we need to see what this USA and likely world economy recession looks like and how long it's going to last- it's going to put a LOT of businesses big names and small into the hurt locker for likely the next yr at least.

I'm waiting for the real estate market crash too and might grab a property - it's going to be an epic collapse IMO, likely on-par with 2008/2009 as THE FEDS are not even close to finishing raising rates and the lay-offs are just now starting. Gonna get fugly-ugly pretty quick here looks like to me.

Freaking houses that were $500K to $600K or whatever and thus condos were $300K or so now selling for just shy of a $million on the houses and a POS condo for a $600K "box" - like yeah, they're really "worth" suddenly that much WTF ?? Money printing fake inflation at its finest - NEVER ends well !!

Not when NO ONE has had any paycheck real increases and are now facing layoffs and interest rates on the prior near free money home loans shot to 5% or more on a 30 yr mortgage in a NY nano second spells WIPE OUT as people go underwater and upside down that bought recently and the COVID "no foreclosures allowed laws" all vanish now like a fart in the wind -

LOTS of "things" need to settle down before it's buying time - the Warren Buffet types I'd but bank on it - are ALL IN CASH and will be buying hand over fist once the real blood is running knee high in the streets.

Gonna be a bargain buying spree of the last 20 years but we ain't even close to that "yet" ....

EAR: SECURES_$125_MIL_IN_NEW_FINANCING = INTERESTING !!

I need to read the terms of the deal - but they just needed a life-line until they regain their big insurance backed business (which they 100% will do !!) and get their revenues pumping again.

Finally caught up on all financials as of today. Horrible financials but they'll stay on NASDAQ for the time being. Losing money like crazy and blowing though cash.

They'll have to do some major dilution in the rest of 2022, get new loans or sink.

This can drop below a $buck no worries as the NASDAQ grace period with extensions buys a company AT LEAST A YR before ever being de-listed -

Thus, this might be a fantastic flip play once it bottoms and they file a Qtr or two of financials showing they've turning the corner - like a 5 bagger maybe once it turns and moves back north on good financials !

IF IT WAS ME - they need to FIRE THE CEO and put a big name new dude in who's a TURN-AROUND PRO and trusted "by the street" and this stock will make nothing but money from the bottom up - VERY interesting and "in play" once the bottom is in.

This RECESSION we're now in - it's going to hammer ALL markets a hell of a lot lower than they are now, so that must also be allowed to play-out for the next approx 6 to 9 months and let the markets put-in a bottom also as THE FEDS are brutally going to raise interest rates to stave-off this nation killing inflation.

EAR = ON THE WATCH LIST as it's got a lot of potential now with the $125 mil large and NASDAQ LISTING protected for at least 1 yr minimum absolutely ZERO chance of any de-listing until a yr passes and THAT only if they break below a $buck and that ain't even happened yet = good watcher here :)

When the time is right it's a big ole buy and then flip it at some point, or even multiple times.

Let them dilute for cash and get that out of the way and make sure all dilution selling is done and it finds a bottom - then buy it like there's no tomorrow for the POP that will surely follow IMO :)

They still have to release financials by May 18th or they could be booted off of NASDAQ. Those fins have to be a disaster or they would have come out months ago

I "think" they will juuuuuust squeak out of SURVIVAL MODE at some point in the future- but they are an ER PATIENT with the doc trying to save their ass and keep um just alive at this point !!

EARGO didn't tank the pps, panic sellers did. This also trades on the whims of the DOW. It's been down because of Putin and his saber rattling. That makes it a good time to buy.

This is a long term hold for me,it's not going to fly for awhile.

It is IMO. The criminal complaint has been dismissed but there is still a civil suit on going. This won't move until that's been resolved. I think it's more about all the class action stuff because the pps has dropped.

Hell,if you could win and get your money back on every stock that dropped what a wonderful place the stock market would be. IMO none of those have any merit.

This is a long term hold. I've been adding here and there for months when it dips.

EAR grossed almost 70 BILLION in 2020,probably more in 2021. Funny you laugh because EAR is "only" $5.00+ Matty couldn't get his SHAM to 5 cents and have it hold.

Like I said once all the BS "class action lawsuits" (someone should file against Matty boy for HIS shares tanking like they did here) have ended with no one getting anything I'll jump back in,hell I hope it's trading at 4.00 so I can buy more.
