It is IMO. The criminal complaint has been dismissed but there is still a civil suit on going. This won't move until that's been resolved. I think it's more about all the class action stuff because the pps has dropped.

Hell,if you could win and get your money back on every stock that dropped what a wonderful place the stock market would be. IMO none of those have any merit.

This is a long term hold. I've been adding here and there for months when it dips.
