Yep,it's a mess but I look at it as an opportunity at some point.

All the legal stuff is done so now they need to get those financials out and quit screwing around--and yeah,the CEO should be canned and bring in new blood to turn it around. The BOD should act on that immediately.

It will be fun to watch.
