Probably...which is ridiculous. If the DOJ dropped the criminal suit then what is the civil suit?? If they want to sue because the pps tanked then hell,let's all sue each time an OTC stock goes down.

EARGO didn't tank the pps, panic sellers did. This also trades on the whims of the DOW. It's been down because of Putin and his saber rattling. That makes it a good time to buy.

This is a long term hold for me,it's not going to fly for awhile.



Is it the civil suit holding this one back?
