EAR: INABILITY_TO_FILE_THEIR_SEC_FILINGS = HUGE_CONCERN ???

I bought and sold three times after the big drop last fall but haven't held for a few months when it really started to tank. EAR will fall below 1.00 into high doubles IMO. I'll be buying at those levels.

They still have to release financials by May 18th or they could be booted off of NASDAQ. Those fins have to be a disaster or they would have come out months ago

I "think" they will juuuuuust squeak out of SURVIVAL MODE at some point in the future- but they are an ER PATIENT with the doc trying to save their ass and keep um just alive at this point !!

Their INABILITY TO GET ANY SEC FILINGS DONE AND OUT = a serious risk to SEC SANCTIONS or NASDAQ DE-LISTING as whatever "happened" in terms of these FINES and LEGAL SETTLEMENTS sooooo "jacked up" their own book keeping they just CAN NOT seem to "file" anything "yet " - as they DO NOT KNOW THEIR OWN CASH and SALES ETC !!

Their Sr Mgt needs to be FIRED in a "house cleaning" via the BOD replacing the CEO, CFO etc or they ain't got a chance !!

THEY DO NOT "KNOW" WTF or where the F their own money "is" or "went" - and are trying to clean-up a few years of BAD ACCOUNTING from this F-brained crap they got themselves into !!

FIRING THE CEO = the test to prove they have a real Board Of Directors or are a scam full of shills and insider OTC style scum ala similar to INND etc

They need to act - and act damn fast here to salvage this mess and get back to "business" and bleeding cash and clear their books and show they have enough capital to survive.

They will need a DILUTION OFFERING to survive IMO - I will buy after that crushes the price further, but not until the end result of that MAJOR DILUTION is known and hits the market !!
