"Ex-JPMorgan Traders Convicted in Federal Fraud Trial"
Hi Bar, JP Morgan eh?. How much cred would you give to the idea of a Wall Street attempted (some argue it has been successful) gov't coup where one Smedley Butler was hero of the day?.

A groundbreaking journey tracing America’s forgotten path to global power—and how its legacies shape our world today—told through the extraordinary life of a complicated Marine.

Exactly...and to my point. It was never a thing...none of this shit was..across the board! It's all made up....and then you have followers of made up shit. And so it goes........
NOBODY used to "dress up" like that. EVERYONE knew that would make them look ridiculous.
In the early days...no one cared It's apparently an attention getter' now ...so dress up!..lol.....like everything else across the board. None of this was ever a thing before(to this degree)...so who created such? It certainly wasn't the general public.
Perhaps. But in earlier years, there weren't so many here.

You mean globally.
There are certainly too many crazy people in this country right now.
There are just too many people on this planet.
I think there must be stuff nobody yet understands.
I can not figure out that story .."what so ever".... the footage of the accident makes no sense aside from.... suicide.
You're lucky! Yours didn't murder you with their cars, I gather.
I never new how many "traveling nurses" there were until my operation(plural). My son now audits them(compliance) for a large Company. It is completely insane.
"Ex-JPMorgan Traders Convicted in Federal Fraud Trial"
"A federal jury in Chicago convicted two former traders of JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s precious metals desk who had been charged with manipulating gold prices, finding they used misleading orders to rig prices. The convictions are the capstone of a seven-year Justice Department campaign to punish a style of deceptive trading in futures markets known as spoofing. The rapid-fire strategy was prevalent at some Wall Street banks before Congress outlawed spoofing in 2010, and persisted even after its prohibition, according to prosecutors."

I personally know there have been complaints filed, especially citing his OTCQ claims and also his world city tour he tweeted about which in fact to investors may in fact be false and misleading.
Hester Peirce once again dissents:
Although I have called for changes to Form PF, neither the changes we are considering today, nor the ones we proposed on January 26th, are what I had in mind. Today’s amendments—which the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) is joining us in proposing—would expand Form PF by adding questions of the nice to know, rather than need to know variety.[1] Why we need the new information and what we plan to do with it are questions left to the reader’s imagination. Accordingly, I am unable to support the proposal.

Lots of questions from longs about George Sharps activities with GVSI. Doesn’t sound like this is going well?
Good for the FTC. There are, of course, zillions of schemes like that one, not all of them having to do with stocks:
"Make $4,000 a week working from home!"
"Learn the secrets of lottery winners!!"
And much, much more.
I remember the days when Ross was just some rando on Twitter. They all came out of the woodwork around 2013 with the boom in weed stocks and once they grew their followers on the platform, in no time they all had a scam pay-for-play “trading room”.
I always got a kick out of the fake tweets thanking these scammers for the bigly bucks they are raking in lol.
Does he still use the Trade Ideas platform? It’s actually a decent platform, but it’s not his. Few years ago when I checked in on him it seemed he relied heavily on TI platform’s capabilities to glorify himself in making every day Joe’s millionaires.
As I've said for years, always read the footnotes and warnings first, followed by the auditors' certification. Those are sometime the only important info in a document.
Put another way, read financials from the back to the front starting with the CPA signature.
LOL,
Warrior Trading, in its footnotes, cites a respected journal article by Berkeley finance Professor Odean that says...
"the aggregate performance of day traders is negative, 74% of day trading volume is generated by traders with a history of losses, and 97% of day traders are likely to lose money in future day trading."
The warnings in the footnotes are a hoot:
"Warrior Trading may publish testimonials or descriptions of past performance but these results are NOT typical, are not indicative of future results or performance, and are not intended to be a representation, warranty or guarantee that similar results will be obtained by you.
Ross Cameron’s experience with trading is not typical, nor is the experience of traders featured in testimonials. They are experienced traders. Becoming an experienced trader takes hard work, dedication and a significant amount of time.
Your results may differ materially from those expressed or utilized by Warrior Trading due to a number of factors. We do not track the typical results of our past or current customers. As a provider of educational courses, we do not have access to the personal trading accounts or brokerage statements of our customers. As a result, we have no reason to believe our customers perform better or worse than traders as a whole."
FTC_BUSTS "DAY_TRADING_TRAINING_SCAMS" - WARRIOR_TRADERS !
Well - FINALLY the "FEDS" are going after a lot of these "Buy our day trading or magic charting-system program for only $3,100.00 bucks and make yourself rich and quit that job you hate and be like us, rich and trading from a laptop on an island only 1 hour a day" blah blah blah.....
CRACKDOWN TIME - serious bust of these con "Buy your trading program costing $1000's and get rich by easy fast day trading and "with help from our super duper chat room and magic scanner program and Ouija board chart reading tricks and super tools system..." -
https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/news/press-releases/2022/04/federal-trade-commission-cracks-down-warrior-trading-misleading-consumers-false-investment-promises
Smacked the con for $3 million in damages and that's just the "civil" case by the FTC so far.
This dude IMO might be looking at CLUB FED and a DOJ criminal charge before the dust settles-
ALL these "day trading courses and charts to get you rich" use fake "See, see my trading account statements" and "Here is the testimony of Joe, who was broke and working nights slinging hash at the slop chute - but he took our course and now lives on a yacht and day trades sitting around tropical islands and only trades 1 hour a day using just a mobile phone" blah blah LMAO !!
https://www.warriortrading.com/
Good ole scam WARRIOR TRADING and the idiot "Ross Cameron" - who I believe is just another "incarnation" of a well known dude made of clay :)
The entire website he uses and created is ENDLESS BAIT - never just showing, "HERE IS THE COURSE and here is the MEGA BUCKS COST" - it's an endless series of "Want to know more - click here" and then "Really want more - then click here" and then "Really want to know how to get rich - check out our pro-package by clicking here" = the scam of scam of old "trick" setting the bait n hook !!
JUST LIKE "REAL ESTATE HOUSE FLIPPING COURSES" - IF if if some jack ass was "GETTING RICH FLIPPING HOUSES" then WHY would he be wasting his time giving daily "seminars" and then selling "$4,999.00" super training packages to "TEACH YOU HOW TO GET RICH LIKE I DID" WTF ????
IF you had a way to "get rich" - you'd be DOING THAT and not "teaching others about it, cause God told you to help them other poor folk and give back to the little people after he blessed you" - I sat through several of those real estate cons back in the day.
These $thousands of bucks per course "Day trading" or "Chart trading" scams are EXACTLY the same - to the dirty tee. LAST THING YOU CAN FIND - is the actual PRICE OR COST = the big red flag to run like hell !!
THE FTC CITED THESE FALSE CLAIMS - SOUND FAMILIAR ????
"In its online advertisements, Warrior Trading exhorted consumers:
“Learn to Trade With Certainty Towards The Financial Freedom You’ve Always Wanted”
“Learn How I Made over $101,280.47 in Verified Profits Day Trading Part Time in Under 45 Days Using 3 Simple Strategies that You Can Use Immediately to Increase profits and Reduce Losses NOW!”
“Start trading over my shoulder side-by-side with me because I guarantee you that next week, the week after, the week after that, I’ll be trading the one or two stocks each day that move up 20 to 30 percent.”"
Beautiful morning not to worry about companies. Time to go fishing!
I doubt he can tell the difference between truth and lies.
Eric said "dad always saved his press clippings." You know...those 10 boxes of "fake news/ enemies of the people" press clippings to go along with the verified fake/ "phony" TIME Magazine cover he had fabricated and displayed at his golf courses. Those were 100% bat-shit REAL.

MAKE AMERICA GRIFT AGAIN
2016 was not a good year. NG is scary currently .
"Picked the worst?" I didn't buy NGL if that's what you mean. My stocks focus on growth and safety. NGL is 3X leveraged, more leveraged than most such stocks. But that high leverage is what enabled it to pay a big dividend that sucked in a lot of retirees.
That 7-year chart covered a period of general prosperity, 2016 to now. Had there been a 1929-type depression NGL might not have lasted a year.
Of course you picked the worst of the litter..lol. Pipelines are considered to be infrastructure ...so they should pay out such(not all cases). That may sound iffy to some.....but it is true. An argument against such is certainly valid though ;)
After the customers were settled in with their drinks, the servers could pretend it was a Hostage Event!!
So thrilling!!
I'm leaning more toward claustrophobic.
Pipelines are often set up as Regulated Investment Companies (RICs). They pay astronomically high dividends because they are required to pay out 90% of Taxable income. So to grow, they often have to sell more stock, often via a Rights Offering which can lead to sudden and severe dilution. Or they may simply load up on dangerous debt.
Dilution or debt, pick your poison.
Here's the ugly 7-year chart for NGL Energy Partners. Tons of retirees including many IHUBbers bought this bowser for its once-showy dividend.
The other one is ONEOK Inc ... more of a static upward "fat" dividend play in similar/same gig as Williams. But man...when that stock price fluctuates....it fluctuates....lol. More so than Williams...
Yeah... I keep looking for another pipeline gig. Run into a lot of "LP's" there. I seem to be targeting Williams Companies inc(WMB) mainly and will wait for the drop. Next year of course...and then again...things change. I would also prefer a much more static dividend...so I don't know.
Plus some people stage them
If this one was staged, she wins the Oscar for Special Effects.
And the six dead want their ticket money back/refunded.
This was a side-impact T-bone tho - so botched-staged.
There should be an investigation of all patient deaths that occurred while she was working as an RN - especially her ICU patient deaths.
90+ mph (estimated by the CHP) is pretty clearly intentional homicide. And doing it in an AMG 63 is about the best commercially available vehicle to do it in and maximize your chance to survive the crash with only minor injuries (as she has).
Rear end car collisions can often result in pretty good payouts.
Plus some people stage them.
Nurses during Covid were in severe short supply resulting in pretty high salaries. Especially working double shifts. Held true for traveling nurses as well. Throw in her degrees in nursing and she was paid very well. More than some doctors who have to deal with overhead.
She could have easily made enough to pay for that car.
https://khn.org/news/highly-paid-traveling-nurses-fill-staffing-shortages-during-covid-pandemic/amp/
Did he crash it? I've never seen the movie.
Why does she still have a license?
The doors to that safe are unreal (very well balanced, though). Trying to covert that space into something useful will be...challenging.
Turn it into a coffee bar. Or a real bar. Atmospheric!
There's her 4.0 summa cum laude from Kaplan University. Wouldn't be surprised if much, perhaps everything, in her background is fake. RN, BSN, CCRN. Too many job changes.
I'd believe she has experience in critical care nursing.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicole-linton-rn-bsn-ccrn-33108925/?trk=public_profile_browsemap#education
Well, at least she has significant experience with filing insurance claims.
Mental health prollems + alcoholism = the perfect RN
That was a nice car though. Where does a traveling RN with 12-13 prior car accidents gett the munny for an AMG 63, or even just the money to pay the insurance on it with a driving wreckord of a bakers dozen prior crashes?
OTOH, have we finally found a mate for Tiger Woods?
She was also a doctor! You forgot to mention the Mercedes.
"From 2017 to 2018, she attended The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston where she earned her doctor of nursing practice (DNP) degree."
https://conandaily.com/2022/08/09/nicole-linton-biography-13-things-about-houston-texas-nurse/
And such pay out ~90% of taxable income so there's no retained earnings to compound tax free in the business. Most real businesses only pay out about 40-50% of profits and retain the rest. Often fat dividends come at a big cost.
One reason BRK does so well is it retains everything.
documented profound mental health issues.
Great - documented but still allowed to drive a car and practice as a registered nurse. Did she even have car insurance??
"Mercedes driver involved in 13 prior wrecks before Windsor Hills crash"
"The nurse accused of killing five people last week when her Mercedes plowed into traffic at a busy Windsor Hills intersection had been involved in 13 previous crashes, Los Angeles County prosecutors alleged Monday in charging her with murder.
Authorities revealed new details about Thursday's crash and about the driver, Nicole Lorraine Linton, 37, whose permanent address is in Texas and who is currently renting a room in Los Angeles while working as a traveling registered nurse.
Prosecutors said they are reviewing multiple previous crashes linked to Linton — both in and out of California — including one in 2020 that involved bodily injury in which two cars were totaled. They provided few additional details, however."
Linton’s attorney, Halim Dhanidina, asked the court Monday to continue her arraignment to October because he is reviewing her out-of-state history of “documented profound mental health issues.” Dhanidina did not elaborate on those issues but said the Windsor Hills crash could be linked to them."

Good find, eh? Read and learn!
Regarding Enterprise Products Partners L.P.....be careful with "limited partnership" dividend income. Always review how the L.P. operates. Come tax time you may have extra work to do(form K1). EPD is considered a "master Limited Partnership" and income and losses are passed through.
We have a customer that bought an old bank building, intending to use them as office space. It has a large walk-in safe that used to house customer safety deposit boxes as well as a section to hold the bank's cash.
The doors to that safe are unreal (very well balanced, though). Trying to covert that space into something useful will be...challenging.

Stock Dilution Scam:
A share dilution scam happens when a company, typically traded in unregulated markets such as the OTC Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets, repeatedly issues a massive amount of shares into the market for no reason, considerably devaluing share prices until they become almost worthless, causing huge losses to shareholders. Then, after share prices are at or near the minimum price a stock can trade and the share float has increased to an unsustainable level, those fraudulent companies tend to reverse split and continue repeating the same scheme.
Pump and Dump Schemes:
"Pump and dump" schemes, also known as "hype and dump manipulation," involve the touting of a company's stock (typically microcap companies) through false and misleading statements to the marketplace. After pumping the stock, fraudsters make huge profits by selling their cheap stock into the market.
Pump and dump schemes often occur on the Internet where it is common to see messages posted that urge readers to buy a stock quickly or to sell before the price goes down, or a telemarketer will call using the same sort of pitch. Often the promoters will claim to have "inside" information about an impending development or to use an "infallible" combination of economic and stock market data to pick stocks. In reality, they may be company insiders or paid promoters who stand to gain by selling their shares after the stock price is "pumped" up by the buying frenzy they create. Once these fraudsters "dump" their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls, and investors lose their money.
http://www.sec.gov/answers/pumpdump.htm
The key is understanding
The key is understanding that pink sheet stocks are not investments - 99% of them will lose value over the long run and never accomplish most of their forward looking pumping statements they put in press releases or on their websites. Never believe the hype - always be skeptical of everything you hear.
The people mostly making money with pink sheet stocks are promoters, front loading pumpers with big followings they can dump on, crooks, some of the flippers, and sometimes the very lucky.
Pumpers only tell you to buy stocks that they already own. Pumpers only tell you to hold stocks because they want to make sure you hold longer than them.
They make money by pumping the stock and getting other people to buy then dumping their shares on the followers.
If you really want to take the risk of trying to make money trading pink sheet companies then you have to understand how the game works and never ever hold long term - take profits when you can. Pump and Dumps dominate the IHUB forums.
Trading pink sheet stocks is a sick game full of lies and deceit where people take advantage of the inexperienced and naive stealing away their life savings for their own personal gains.
Very little respect or morals exist in stinky pinky land.
