Providing this legal action is determined to be valid, one would believe that the parties named could very well be prosecuted by the FDA and with Mr. Amyot per this legal filing being involved the SEC most definitely would become involved based on what one can read via a Google search of Mr. Amyot. The filing involves Mr. Lanham, Mr. Michael Wright, Mr. John Oda, Inolife Technologies Inc., Inolife Technologies Operations, Inc, Inolife Sciences, Inc., Inolife Operations, Inolife Corporation, 8687544 Canada, Inc. and a gentleman that is rather suprising Mr. J. F. Amyot.
I would suggest that everyone Google Mr. Amyot and determine actually what all is behind this entire group.

If you would actually do so, you would immediately determine and be able to provide all of us with FACTS instead of supposition.
Berthold in FACT has only a couple thousand common shares, that is not very much.

If you speak to the SEC, Attorney Generals Office of New York & Oklahoma, InCorp, the companies past filer in Albany,NY, Ontario Securities Department, Montreal Securities Department and the Security Department in Calgary, British Columbia, what they have done is against the law from what we have been able to determine and heard.

Once again, simply look at the filings, court filings and everyone can clearly see that 1 group and only 1 group has had any stock in this company that has been able to trade since the 30,000 to 1 stock reverse. N3gu or associates, all of the public filings simply support this. Whether the trading has been orchestrated following the strict guidelines of the SEC, I guess everyone will have to make their own interpretation of this.

Obviously this current business activity certainly is not jumping through the roof without a promo transpiring as some of the posters on this site and I would imagine the company as well were hoping for. Maybe many people are actually beginning to do some basic research and finding out fact from fiction.

If you look at all of the filings Berthold has less then 3,000 common shares. Cannot do much with that!
So if there is anything scammy about this it is with the current cast of characters.
I will agree with you on 1 thing though, the SEC and several other regulatory agencies are and will be all over this.
