Well hate to burst your bubble but you must not have the inside knowledge that you present.
If you look at all of the filings Berthold has less then 3,000 common shares. Cannot do much with that!
So if there is anything scammy about this it is with the current cast of characters.
I will agree with you on 1 thing though, the SEC and several other regulatory agencies are and will be all over this.
