It doesn't matter if Berthold and his crew of fraudsters had 100 shares, 100,000 shares or even an 100,000,000 shares.

What I have been saying is that he was the catalyst to crushing the possible value of the Injex deal because of his greed and fraudulent activity to hide all the undeclared debts and preferred shares that would convert into control of the shell...at the time he was hiding behind trusts and other friends and family.
Would you roll important assets into a shell that would allow preferred shares to convert into control of the company....if you say yes, you are obviously an idiot or a compulsive liar!

STOP trying to cover for the weasel as it is obvious from the reading all the documents that he knew exactly what he was trying to do....it's called "highjacking".

Therefore, the shareholders and himself will get NOTHING....
