The Company completed a triangular merger with Bitcoin Generation, Inc., an Oklahoma company, on February 22, 2018. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the Company is in the process of completing a name change to Bitcoin Generation, Inc. and requesting and new ticker symbol with FINRA
