They are a private company, now that it's de-listed.
There Japanese home builder acquired a few years ago still exists and operates.

Since it's de-listed and non-reporting, Zest Home is the only hope I have to ever seeing this company come back sometime in the future.
My thought ....................... IAO, IAGI & ASURA all gone!
SEC Securities Exchange Commission is protecting investors to impose the sanction.
We invested they vanished!
We can pool information and quickly attempt to justify our investment(s) for any CEO of IAGI representation or any information anywhere.
Is there any legal person in our investor pool?
The clock is ticking. . . . .
www.asuradevelopment.com gone
http://iagi.com/ is now a legal domainsponsor com

If investors wait the facts and people will age!

In view of the foregoing, the Commission finds that it is necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to impose the sanction specified in Respondent’s Offer.

The IAO now Iagi/ASURA is adrift!
The clock is ticking. . . . .
So it's delisted now, whatever you own you still own, just unable to trade it unless by some miracle they start reporting and go public again.
IAGI kept raking in the few dollars and kept dropping for NO investor sells. Having Asian companies Americans cannot do anything!
If you contact any company and ask how is business they will most likely say slow or dead!
Asura changed names to avoid paying out. Now we investors are out!
I tried to make contact with the previous CEO Brian, but all he says is that he's not associated with the company anymore. Few years ago they announced that they had overcome the hurdles of auditing a Japanese company, was going to fully report soon, and administer a symbol change to reflect the new name. Nothing has come of it since.
The Japanese home builder they acquired a few years ago, still exists and operates:
http://zesthome.jp/
http://www.zest-home.com/
I just don't understand why they are not reported or who's in-charge. I know the company was strapped for cash, but it still doesn't all add up for me.
I agree with your assessment. I wonder why the SEC didn't follow their usual protocols by first suspending the stock with an Admin Proceeding.
Asura was 4 years delinquent in filing Financials so it was inevitable the stock registration would be revoked.
To my knowledge a company can only file a Form 15 to voluntarily deregister their stock when their Financials are current. That timeframe for a Form 15 would have been in early 2011 when they had filed their 10Q in December 2010. Once the next Financials became delinquent they forfeited their opportunity to voluntarily deregister whereby the company could have continued trading on the OTC Markets as a non-reporting stock.
Excerpt:
2. Asura Development has failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder because it has not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2010.
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2014/34-73402.pdf
Care to add anything to this? Did I miss something?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=107501833
Asura did not voluntarily revoke its registration, they were seriously delinquent on its filing requirements. It caught notice of Division of Enforcement at the SEC where they sent a certified letter of notice to cure the delinquency.
The Company then responded. The Company has an opportunity to "withdraw" its registration by filing Form 15-12g with the SEC on Edgar, subject to the company having the provisions available to them. In this case, they did not "voluntarily" file a "withdraw" because it had too many shareholders and did not qualify to withdraw its registration because it is not exempt from its filing requirements.
Without having the ability to voluntarily "withdraw" its registration, it was left with one of two choices: 1) ignore the OIP initiated by the Commission; or, 2) respond to the notice.
Either way, the Commission was going to proceed with the OIP to revoke the registration of the company's securities pursuant to Section 12j of the Act with or without the consent of the issuer.
In this case, the issuer agreed to the Commission revoking its registration, not that it had any choice.
Here is an interesting article to read, on company's voluntarily de-listing(going dark) to avoid the costs of being public.
http://www.dorsey.com/going_dark_voluntary_delisting_deregistration/
According to the sec filing, Asura Development offered to have the registration revoked in which the commission accepted.
http://www.dorsey.com/going_dark_voluntary_delisting_deregistration/
I don't think this company is worthless, I believe it was done intentionally for now to become a private company again, time will tell what becomes of Asura Development. I'm a firm believer in the Zest Japanese Home builder they acquired a few years ago.
It's been delisted. Now a private company. You cannot trade your shares, whatever you own will stay that way, unless by some miracle the company starts reporting and goes public again. Very unlikely, but then again we have no idea whats going on.

LOL! Yep!!!

Who else have you tried to contact?
Ryuhei Senda(in Japan) is supposed to be the Japan Country Manager for Asura Development, overseeing the operations of subsidiaries Zest Corporation Co Ltd and Zest Home Co Ltd (“Zest”), the Japanese home builder. I have tried linkedin, some people search sites, Facebook, and cannot find any contact information on this guy.
Here is a PR after the name change referring to the Japanese home builder, the latest news reported about Zest:
http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20121011006499/en/IA-Global-Announces-Change-Asura-Development-Group#.U8Yjf7HCZaQ
If Brian is no longer in charge or associated with the company, who's managing the subsidiaries and running the show, it appears the coffers ran dry in the US and there is no one in charge at least in the US.
My only hope is at least the subsidiary, Zest is doing well and have recovered well from the tsunami several years ago and this company will reemerge.
Like you point out, the low trad-able float, L2's, and share structure are all very excellent if any positive news comes out, but without anything we are in limbo.
I emailed him:
3/21/13
"When to expect the ticker symbol change?
When was it applied for?"
He said:
"Our expectation is now April 2013."
This is well after his employment contract expired but from my understanding he was the acting head of the company at the time. Ticker symbol never changed and he hasn't replied to my email since.
Here is a link back to my post from 2012:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=81378952
He had a resume on his website that said:
"CEO/Chairman BIO
Director of Asura Development, Inc. Chairman/CEO since September 2009. Restructured and rebuilt annual revenues of $40M in construction, development and solar revenues in Japan"
All the links are dead now and also there was a company presentation on asuradevelopment.com that had estimated revenues of 40 million at the time, link is also not working anymore.

I just like the L2 and Chart setup. $1k sends this flying on the ask..
With any kind of event it goes parabolic into silver again IMO
Yeah, I'm not really sure about that marker maker.
What do you mean by out?
He's no longer chairman or acting head of the company and not involved anymore?
They changed the name to Asura Development and ticker symbol change was supposed to happen 1.5 years ago, also filing financials for the last few year, and then dead silence.
The Japanese home builder they accursed a few years ago still has working websites with new updates:
http://www.zesthome.jp/
http://www.zest-home.com/
They supposedly got over the logistical hurdles of auditing the Japanese company a few years ago, but haven't heard anything since.
Any thoughts on the recent volume and WABR showing up on L2?

See what happens Monday. Although the dollar amount is not much the the trading volume in respect to the float is interesting.
Wow IAGI actually traded, look like buys to me. The warrants from the financing done three years ago expire at the end of this month, maybe they purposely went silent to recoup financially, maybe this will be the year. I still find it funny how their presentation from a few years ago had projections for uplisting in 2014, what a joke!
Are there really any buys?
Am I looking at this wrongly thinking I am not able to purchase??? I see shares are they only shares sold? A few times in one day a see (1) share for day volume? I have to many shares at purchase price over $1.00 each to sell for 3¢ with no gain. I am still trying to purchase and do not read my bids for many months within the daily price range.
I think we are completely screwed. Company has gone completely dark, meaning no reporting, website has been down for months, and the stock price is nearly worthless.
For many weeks the Bid of 4¢ and Ask of 11¢ have not changed. I should switch over to day-trade IaGlobal Inc. from my investing strategy.

you can only purchase at the ask. Good luck trying to buy or sell this. Man it's been so long, I wonder whats going on.
I placed 4¢ bid orders and had no luck purchasing any more shares.

This Company is still trading shares!
Can I only sell?

The site is down. says under construction. Hopefully some news will come out soon.
The situation looks bleak. Also when you call the main number it says: "This number has been temporarily disabled."
I found Zest's website for solar installations and other forms of energy saving construction.
www.zest-home.com
Established on February 23, 2010, they do outer wall remodeling, metal & tile roof renovations, rain gutters, residential & commercial solar installs.
