These Controlling Shareholders have stated in a Schedule 13D that they may be deemed to constitute a “group” for the purposes of Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act. Hiroki Isobe controls each of our Controlling Shareholders. As of July 14, 2010, the Controlling Shareholders hold 8.0% of our common stock.
