I emailed him:

3/21/13

"When to expect the ticker symbol change?

When was it applied for?"

He said:
"Our expectation is now April 2013."

This is well after his employment contract expired but from my understanding he was the acting head of the company at the time. Ticker symbol never changed and he hasn't replied to my email since.
